Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bluffdale

I am very surprised that this is their Guarantee: "If you are not completely satisfied with your Domino's Pizza experience, we will make it right or refund your money." I ordered pizza through my Dominos app at the Porter Rockwell location in Bluffdale on August 1, like I always do. I added the coupon for 2 or more for 6.99 and bought 4 pizzas and added the garlic bites. I added in a $10 tip! and placed my order. When I checked out I saw the total in the app of around $50. The following morning we noticed that we were charged over $100! I called the location and spoke to a nice young man who went back and forth with the manager, who would never speak directly to me. They said they will not do anything to help me. Something must have gone wrong with my order and the coupon was deleted. I would like to know how often people pay over $100 for 4 pizzas from Dominos. I am certain it would be pretty obvious to the store that something went wrong when they saw such a high amount. It would have been great customer service if someone had noticed and helped make the adjustment to the cost for me. But, still they were given the chance to make it right and even though it is their guarantee I was not completely satisfied and they did absolutely...

The Australian lady there has a huge attitude. Refused to admit my order was wrong. If all the low quality fast food places that just churn out low quality garbage and don't care this 1 stands out, the other places that do that at least get the orders right and if not would make it right not just deny it like this place... 1 thing to have bad food, that's debatable based on tastes but to get an order wrong and then deny the obvious proof right in front of your eyes is another thing all together! Please Australian lady keep telling me you made that and you know you did it correctly. As if I am not holding the proof...

Order a takeout order of 6 pizzas. Placed the order 6 hours before we needed them and selected a pickup time of 6pm. Arrived on time to get the pizza and trusted everything was good to go. Upon arriving home we realized we only were given 5 pizzas and every single one was very dry and old. Probably had been cooked hours before we arrived at our time we selected. I also tried to use a gift card at checkout and the cashier stated he didn’t know how to use those. Will never be back to this location and hoping management will reach out...
