We had Emilya taking our order and she was so kind and so chatty! Kolby helped prepare and it felt very efficient and to-the-point. It felt very professional! Brynn helped check us out and she was also very talkative! I had a blast talking to her and she was very friendly and attentive! Leo and Ben, even though we didn't get the chance to meet them, were also talked about highly and i am certain they were working just as well as the staff we were able to speak to. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and ate half of it before realizing the chicken was raw. I’m currently pregnant, so this was especially alarming and put me in a really stressful situation.

Food safety is extremely important, and serving undercooked chicken is dangerous to anyone, let alone someone pregnant. I hope the store reviews its food-handling procedures so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

These employees need more training. It seems like they were just thrown into the chaos. They ran out of wrapping paper so an employee went to the back to get more and after I saw him kneel down and touch the floor when grabbing the roll he then went to go wrap my sub wearing the same gloves.
