I can’t believe this just happened. I went to get an issue with my order fixed just a minute after picking it up through the drive through. I was really calm, totally expecting it to be a non-issue. When I pulled up, I calmly explained the issue and she got FURIOUS. She said I would have to pay for my order to be fixed. She told me over and over again that I am wrong while aggressively pointing at me. She said I could speak to her manager and I said, “yes please”, but she never got him. I could see him in the back grabbing what I needed as she was yelling at me, so I was thankful for him. I had 3 young kids in the car witnessing this girl yelling at me. My 3 year old daughter asked me after why she was yelling so loud. This behavior was all over one missing sausage patty. I was in disbelief over how she acted. She needs to learn some emotional regulation. Even if I had been completely in the wrong, one of the responsibilities of an employee is to have professionalism. If she isn’t able to professionally resolve the problem, she should have passed it off to her manager, which she offered but never followed through with; she just kept yelling at me. All this over one missing sausage patty. If I would’ve known the issue it would cause, I would’ve just taken the loss and ate it without one.
The manager packed a sausage patty in a nice bin with utensils and handed it to her. She reluctantly gave it to me while she said, “Here’s your sausage patty. You can put it on your sandwich yourself.”
I said, “No problem. Thank you.”
I asked her name. She said “Diana.” She was working taking drive-through orders and at the pull up window around 10:20 am January 30, 2025 at the Wendy’s...

Wendy’s is a reliable spot for a quick meal, and my recent visit was generally positive, with a few areas for improvement. I ordered the classic Dave’s Single, fries, and a Frosty, and the overall experience was what I’d expect from a fast-food chain.
The burger was tasty and freshly made, with a nice balance of toppings and a juicy patty. Wendy’s burgers tend to be flavorful, and this one didn’t disappoint. The fries, however, were hit-or-miss — they were warm but not as crispy as I would have liked. I appreciate Wendy’s use of natural-cut fries, but they would benefit from a bit more crunch.
The Frosty is a classic that’s hard to go wrong with. It was creamy, cold, and hit the spot, especially paired with the fries. Service was quick, though the staff seemed a bit rushed, and it lacked the friendliness that can make a fast-food experience feel a bit more enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, but some tables had leftover crumbs, which could have been taken care of with a quick wipe-down.
Overall, Wendy’s delivers decent quality for a fast-food chain, but a few small...
Read moreHonestly worst Wendy's I have ever had experience with. If 0 stars was an option that's what it would be. Waited for 20+ minutes (car behind said kept saying 30 minutes that we had been waiting) at the drive through with the employee to keep telling us to give her a minute. After waiting a about 25 minutes asked if everything was okay for her again to say to give her a minute. Asked what was going on for her to finally take our order about 2 minutes after asking. Finally getting our food they just threw everything in the bag not together sauce everywhere and not all correct items. We got there an hour before closing and ended up leaving about 10 minutes til. To end up with sauce seeping through the bag onto my clothes and car. (Got the Ghost pepper fries, and chicken nuggets [ordered the spicy] but got regular). I think they honestly didn't want to work and was hoping if they kept saying wait we would just leave and they wouldn't have to do anything. Super disappointed...
