El Salvadoreño Food Truck — Restaurant in Boardman

I recently moved to eastern Oregon from San Diego. As you can imagine, the lack of authentic Mexican food has taken a toll, as any taco deprived person would understand. Today, while driving along the middle of nowhere, this taco truck popped up on my maps and I thought I’d give it a try as it had pretty decent reviews, and I hadn’t seen a taco truck in the months of living in this area. Being a taco connoisseur like myself, it’s not easy to hit the spot. Now let me tell you, these are some of the best tacos I have ever had. Above and beyond my expectations. Most amazing food! Saw the amazing reviews and wanted to get in on this gem! Lady at the window was super friendly and papusas & slaw were so so good. Had the pork tortas as well! Delicious! Price has gone up since the photos. 3.50 for those items now. Well worth the $$$! Bonus: the flour they use is all Gf! I asked and the lady said they only use corn flour and the bag says gluten free. This food truck is easy to find, right off the freeway in Boardman. Service seems a little slow but the food is cooked 5i order and so delicious that I can't mark them down for that.
