Boardman Jumpstart Java — Restaurant in Boardman

I love the people, and the drinks are good, but I don't understand the pricing. There's no set price. I went last Monday and ordered a 24 oz blended mocha with a shot of coconut with the flavors being sugar-free & made with coconut milk. The price was $7. I went last Wednesday and ordered the same, and it was $8. I asked why it was more and was told they now charge you a $1 more if you don't use regular milk. There is no menu posted when you drive up and there was one lady working both windows, so when we got up there and needed menus (we are from out of town) that meant we got pushed back in the line and had to wait quite a while to get our drinks, but that lady was beautiful and sweet and she was working hard, so if you go there and have to wait a little longer... oh well! It ain't the worst thing that will ever happen to you, by far. I got a cold brew with heavy cream and it was very tasty! I’ve tried to give this place another chance despite past experiences but it just seems like the employees stopped caring about how their coffees taste and the service they give. The owners are great people, don’t get me wrong, but the employees they have working are extremely rude and somehow manage to always make really bad coffee. I wish I didn’t have to wait for them to get off their phones to notice me waiting as well. It’s not the first time and I guarantee it won’t be the last.
