I wanted to put this review on here not really a review but a rank about my experience at this location. First off I usually don't do this but this is like the 5th time my order has been messed up at this location. When I first pulled up to the drive through speaker they said order when you ready then as I start to order tell me I have to wait. During this time 4 cars are on the other speaker and are able to pull ahead of me in line. When I finally get to order I have to correct the person taking my order and I'm usually I tell them slow to make sure they get it right. As I wait in line another 5 mins or so I finally have my food. I wanted my buger with cheese only and I felt insulted since this happens more than it should they put everything on it I have to drive all the way back to get it corrected there's another 15 mins out of my day plus gas after waiting too get it corrected. Once in back in my car I try the chicken nuggets which tasted like they have been held up for a 130-2 hours and they gave me the wrong sauce so bowti can't even eat them cause they taste terrible and are very dry. I understand people make mistakes which why I believe in second and even third chances but I'm done being Nice with this restraunt. It's the one in Boaz, Alabama. Like I said this is the 5th time they have messed my orders up and I'm tired of wasting money at this location. Read moreI have visiting this location for past 30 years and not sure I will return to this location again. This happen around 8:30 tonight Never in my life have I been yelled at by a Mcdonald's employee in drive thur. This employee was rude and deserves to be wrote up or fired. This employee was not wearing a mask. This is causing unsafe work environment to the employees and customers in drive thur. Negative 500 if it were possible. This little Hispanic lady in blue jacket with a bad attitude in drive thur screamed at me for no reason. This has been worst experience at this location. I was just waiting for my food in drive thur. Management needs to step in and do something about this. I do not appreciate being yelled at by Mcdonald's employee. I spent nearly $30 tonight at this location. One of employees took my receipt and after about 15 minutes finally got all my food. By the time I recieved all my food it was cold and old.It was slow and if Mr. Dutton still owns this fr anchise at this location he should look into to this issue. Read moreIt is Sunday the 27th I'm a Dasher I came to pick up an order it was currently past my pickup time I had been waiting for several minutes I'd say maybe 7 8 minutes for my order it was past the time for me to pick it up I'm under contract to pick up food by a certain time and have it delivered the guy that was bagging up my food a little Hispanic guy was too busy goofing off running around doing 5000 different things he kept flipping his hat he kept touching his hair and then he come back and he'd mess with my bag and then he decided to leave my order sitting on the bar and then go ring up another customer rather than finish my order and so he can hand it to me so I was going to take it upon myself and put the stickers on it so that way I can confirm my order and take it to these people who are waiting on it then we're supervisor lead Liz is her name very rude snatches the food out of my hand and then tells me that they will take care of that back there number one if the guy would have finished preparing my bag like he should have done we wouldn't be having this issue Liz is a poor...
