I guess some of previous reviews have been written by owners, workers or friends. I've been there more than once. At the beginning, place was good, but time passes by and the quality has been going down. Before pandemic, place was busy and tables weren't clean enough, so we switched tables but, same situation. Anyway, we decided to stay, service was decent. During pandemic we supported this and other food businesses and bought to deliver. Now we came back to the place and situation hasn't improved at all. The current manager, a young guy in his twenties, has no idea of customer service and is a bit rude. I know the owners, Juan and Vivíana, and as a business owner, I know sometimes things can be hectic, but customer service is key. Waitress are good, try to accommodate in favor of customer's needs, but nothing they can do with a manager that has no idea about treating...

My family and I had a small visit at this restaurant yesterday (7/9/22), for dinner, but we paid & left shortly after the appetizer. Upon entering it smelled like dirty wet rag. There was several red flags, in a short amount of time, that caused us to leave instead of ordering our main meals. The salt and pepper shakers have rust on and inside the caps. The middle of the hot cheese empanadas was refrigerator cold, the water was tap and unfiltered, with things floating in it, and tasted like pool water, with NO ICE! I worked in the area, and I was looking for a place to have a good and affordable lunch when I stumbled upon this place. Where can I begin, from the outside it didn't look like much, but boy was I pleasantly surprised with my meal. Everything about it was good, presentation, flavors, quantity and of course the price. The service was always great, the servers where always friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. I always ate the daily special because it reminds me of a good traditional Colombian home cook meal, and although I am no longer working in the are, I still visit from time to time.
