Postal Sweets — Local services in Boca Raton

Today I had the WORST retail experience of my entire 56 year life and it was because of the actions of this company....its employee.......the owner.....and the utter weasel who owns the property that Postal Sweets rents from. My son was playing a baseball game Saturday morning at 10am and I had a package that I needed to mail so I googled the nearest Post Office and this place came up. I told the clerk I needed it same day. She told me it would be $47 but could get it there by Monday for $18. I agreed to the $18. I have spent the entire weekend and today typing in the tracking number and nothing....the package does not exist. I went back to POSTAL SWEETS this morning and the same LYING attendant was there. She told me she NEVER told me it would be delivered Monday but that it would take 2-3 days....WRONG..she never said that...she told me Monday....SHE IS AN ABSOLUTE LIAR....then the lowlife owner of the company hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about it. My wife and I went there this afternoon and called the police. They have cameras inside there.....I asked for the tape. The owner said I could have it but then the owner of the property that he had called....chimed in. He looked at the Boca Raton Cop who I had called and the cop proceeded to tell me.....actually TALK DOWN TO ME IN FRONT OF MY WIFE LIKE I WAS A COMMON CRIMINAL THAT THE PROPERTY OWNER WAS FILING A TRESSPASS WARRANT AGAINST ME AND IF I EVER SHOWED UP THERE AGAIN....I WOULD BE ARRESTED. Yes...I....a customer of the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE who has just had a very valuable package LOST because of the actions of POSTAL SWEETS gets treated this way when trying to find out what has happened to my package. The owner of the building located at 275 NE Spanish River Blvd is nothing more than a pathetic lowlife weasel. The owner of POSTAL SWEETS is also a complete and utter lowlife. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO INTO THAT STORE AND MAIL SOMETHING.....YOU RISK LOSING IT AND IF YOU DO AND GO AND TRY TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO IT....THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A COMPLETE CRIMINAL. And if you call the BOCA RATON POLICE...they will also treat you like a piece of crap. The cop stood there and ran my drivers license while I was talking to these people....just HOPING something would pop up so he could probably arrest me. Instead of being a king understanding person he talked to me in front of my wife like I was a complete loser and he did not care one RED CENT about what was happening to me. NO WONDER things are starting to get to be the way they are...............I will NEVER call the police again. I am contacting the POST MASTER GENERAL....I am filing a complaint about this place and its owner to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREA and I am also going to write an editoral letter to the Palm Beach Post about what just happened and how the Boca Cop just disrespected me and treated me like a fool in front of my wife and those losers instead of showing some compassion to me and my wife. Our Mortgage payment was in the box and do you THINK THEY GIVE A DAMN.....they are rotten to the core and I advise ANYONE that mails items from that location to no longer do it.....and go to a real post office. If you do and your package is lost....the next thing you will face is a LOWLIFE OWNER OF THE BUILDING throwing you out when you go there to find out what happened and telling to police that you called to HELP YOU to arrest you the next time you come back. And then the cop....who should have some SEMBLANCE of decency about him....treats you like a piece of dogmeat......end of story.....period. I live literally behind the corner from this post office, and I avoid coming here by all means. Today I made the same mistake again, and now I'm sworn to never return here again. I often ship packets for sales that I make on eBay. At any other post office I go to, the employee just takes the packet, with the pre-paid tag on it, and smiles me good bye. Here there always seems to be a problem with the price I paid online and the weight of my packet. I have explained to the employees that eBay makes an estimate of the weight of the package, and it does not matter if the tag says 4oz but the pack is really 5oz, because I pay the same price up until 1 pound. Not that it is my job to explain this, but I did. Still, every time, a freaking problem. I took the same exact packet this morning to a different post office. They took it. I explained that it had been rejected at another branch. They told me they had NO idea why the packet might have been rejected. At any other post office I have seen employees going out of their way to help. Here I got sighs and side looks for asking for an extra piece of tape. I do NOT recommend this place, and in fact I am so upset after repeated bad service, that I will probably go ahead and write a formal complaint to...

This is my all-time favorite place to find any type of gift for those of all ages when I want a little extra something to add to a card or package. Everything from stuffed animals, candy, coffee or traveling mugs, to coasters, fun kitchen items, toys, sports mugs/pens/etc, wall hangings that I could even decorate my home with & really, any type of fun little gift to make my mail a bit more special. The entire store is stacked from top to bottom & the staff is amazingly helpful! Extremely professional, always have a smile & actually make a point to take the time to get to know they're regular customers as well as new. The postal counter is in the back & there's rarely a line due to the staff's hard work, yet if there ever is...I've found there's so much great stuff to occupy myself with that I haven't even noticed a very short wait.
