Lahmacun is pretty good. The taste of the meat is good. No smell or any overpowering taste. The crust is little crunchy which I don't like soft lahmacun but this one is cracker crunchy especially on the edges which needs to be soften up a little, maybe little more water in the dough or less time in the oven. But overall it is good. Doner meat is pretty decent, nice mix but it did have many burnt parts which messed up the whole taste of the sandwich because it does give bitter taste to the whole thing. Doner business is tough. You either have to have really fast turnover or you need to control the meat really closely when you cannot have non-stop customers. You can turn off/super low heat but then you will face drying the meat. Not easy thing to make unless you sell every few minutes. The sandwich bread they bake in-house is tasty but needs to be tad smaller or when you order you can have them take the inside of the bread to make it smaller. Ayran was very good, I enjoyed it. The saltiness and thickness were good. Sutlac was good but although I like all my desserts less sugary than normal, this sutlac needs little bit more sugar. Though, the milk taste was good. Overall, good place but can be better for sure. I am giving 4 stars because I cannot give 3.5 stars. If these are fixed, I think it can be easy 4.5 stars.
