Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I popped into this location where I happened to be having lunch because I remembered that I had some money on my phone app that I left in there to try the app for the first time. (Yeah, I Know I'm a little late to the game with their app)...anyway, I was pleasantly surprised that it was $2.00 medium iced coffee time, so I went in. People were sitting outside conversing at the tables and, I was thankful that no one was smoking as I abhor walking past smokers as it gets in my hair, not to mention, makes me cough and turns my stomach. The place was clean and, there was no line. I ordered my medium decaf iced coffee with little ice and asked for almond milk. I was expecting it to ring up $2.00 plus tax, not seeing on the receipt an extra .50cts for the almond milk, which I don't really think is fair for those that can't drink regular/skim milk. This was really the only drawback that I encountered. When I was using the app for the first time, the young lady was very helpful in showing how to brighten the scanning code on my phone so it would work, then resuming it to its rightful brightness afterwards for me. The coffee was ready for me by the time I walked at the end of the counter and, it was delicious. I remembered how much I love the taste of DD's iced coffee. It was refreshing, not over-powering in coffee taste and hit the spot after lunch, having just had spicy food and only water with lime. Thank you DD. I will be back. I just wish you would consider NOT charging extra for almond milk just because customers cannot consume...

I always come to This location until today I always had a great experience nice crew members and the manager is super nice today as i always do my mobile order just medium iced coffee but why do I have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee when it was sitting on the counter and no one called out my name to let me know it was ready and one of the crew members gave me an attitude you never give a customer an attitude this crew member was very rude and gave me attitude and I did nothing wrong it sucks i really enjoyed coming to this location and giving them business not anymore I will never return and even might start getting...

The employee's are rude, will make your order wrong and then talk bad about you in Creole when you try to correct them. They get a zero in customer service. There hair is down hanging all over again. I watched an employee touch a broom then my food. I find it hard to believe that no one has ever complained about the service. How do you keep employee's like this who feel we are there to serve them and vice versus. I will never return to this store as long as they allow this type of service.
