The best pizza period....Bapo knows best and Paolos of boca really seperates themselves from every Ny style pizza around ...and everyone thinks its the water from Ny making the pizza better, wrong ...its the sauce...his sauce needs to be bottled up and sold at publix....from the first bite of his perfect pointy slice you'll get lost in the seasoning and sweetness of this sauce...the crust is so phenomenal why buy a drink? You dont need one cause its not dry and bready like everywhere else....i promise you best pizza around and best all around man alive....Paolo is someone your kids can look up too and someone every man should follow the paolo code of ethics...he is a great boss...father....husband and im lucky to call him a friend and a friend ill do anything for...tell him bapo sent you and tell him u need a 2 liter to...

I've been to approximately 50 +pizza joints in Florida over the past several years so I consider myself an expert on pizza. A month ago a friend of mine asked me if I've ever been to Paolo's in Boca Raton. Yesterday I was in the area and stopped in for their lunch special. Fantastic ++ is their pizza. The sauce is a perfect blend sweet and tangy. The cheese and crust is perfect. And this is for slices of pizza reheated. I went back last night and bought a whole pizza ,half pepperoni and half cheese. My daughter and her boyfriend loved it!! Today I got a pizza with no cheese and just sauce with a few onions. Wow, it was mouthwatering . Unbelievably great. And the owners are extremely nice and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this pizza joint/ Italian restaurant and I haven't tried the rest of...

Ordered half bbq chicken half buffalo chicken. Pizza arrived and was not even warm. The buffalo half wasn’t bad but also wasn’t good. Had asked for blue cheese crumbles on the buffalo side but they forgot to put that on. The bbq chicken side was the worst bbq chicken pizza I had ever had. The bbq sauce tasted horrible and the sauce was a strange red/purple color.

The pizza was basically just cheese with a small amount of chicken tossed in sauces and added on top. The owner should really look into some ways to add flavor such as onions on the bbq side and more of a wing sauce presence on the buffalo chicken.

If you looking for the best bbq chicken pizza in boca so far Mizner wins hands down. A good buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t seem to exist...
