One of the representatives Juan at Royal palms told me to park under a palm tree for a golfing tournament because the parking lot was full and the palm tree branches fell on my car and shattered the windshield I was told they was going to pay for it and gave them my contact information and they gave me there’s long story short my windshield has been broke for 2 years and we are still going back and fourth with Juan overall a terrible experience not a trustworthy country...
