I would give 0 stars if I could. Drive thru employee was completely clueless. We gave her our order very clearly, she was even questioning an item we ordered as if that’s part of her job. We come up to the window and the female manager is bagging the food with 0 gloves on touching all the fries and food. She’s bagging orders back to back leaving the food sitting there since no one is there to attend to the drive thru customers we had to wait 5 mins for the manager to stop bagging all the new food orders to finally hand us our food. We get home and our order is completely wrong. We drove back and the same drive thru employee is still clueless and has no idea how to address the order was wrong and questioned how far we live from the restaurant since we came back. We get to the window again and the manager approaches us very aggressive not trying to be helping to our situation in any way. We told her we had to drive back and now our food is cold and if they could remake it for the inconvenience… she only rings up the sandwich and still gets it wrong. We showed her our bag we received from them with the wrong items and missing sauces (none of the food or anything was eaten) she looks and hands it back aggressively. Read moreSo I don’t know what the point of doing a mobile drive up order is when you order ahead of time then they don’t let you scan in until you arrive and then they start preparing your food and then you get in the mobile order line and watch at least seven other cars at the regular drive up go past you, even though you ordered in advance. Then they come out and tell you to pull to the side and give other mobile orders behind you their orders before you. I mean, If you cannot handle an order at lunchtime (for only three people) that’s in advance, you may want to reconsider your operational process. Oh, and I guess they made the milkshake first and it just sat there, because it was fairly melted by the time they got the food out to the car.
