On a referral, I ordered from Tomasso's. To set the stage, I'm a 50 yr old New Yorker from the Bronx. This was sold to me as close to NY pizza around. This couldn't be further from the truth. Now this is not Tomasso's fault. I don't remember seeing them promote their pizza that way. We ordered a large pepperoni pie and 20 wings. Let's start with the worst. The wing were fried. This means they were dry and the skin, although crispy, had the aftertaste of oil. A convection oven would solve the issue. To me the coloring of the pizza dough look off. If I had to put a word to it, imitation. Like the kind you'd see on Little Cesars. It's not the correct word and I am by no means slandering Tomasso's. Maybe it was the coating of flour on it? Which leads me to the texture. A bit chewy, more than what I expected. The crust wasn't very crisp. It's not bad. I've had much worse in Boca. But it's not something I would purposely seek out. If I'm passing by and I'm hungry, yeah sure. The young man that answered the phone and took my order was good. Thank you. Different strokes for different palates. This is just my take.

I was super poorly attended by the lady on the cashier, super rude, and the pizza, in addition to being expensive, has no cheese. This photo was what was left of dough and unfortunately we were hungry and we ate the pieces that had a cheese bran, unfortunately it was already a good place to eat a pizza, today I don't recommend it and I won't come back anymore. Apart from the that the pizza makers are watching the game on TV and don't even know what they're doing with the pizza in their hands. They need to be better or they gonna close! People are not silly! Answer: (This part was pure sauce, and the fire doesn't change the sauce! There was no cheese and the cheese was not pulled, this time it was the limit there was only very little cheese down this part I don't need to lie!) and I did not enjoy what I ate! Terrible! Next time make it better for your customers and accept the customer's complaint, customer complains to improve, after all, money doesn't give in the tree!

They're good but it's a 50/50 shot if the pizza is burned and it's pretty wild that it's 50$ and change for a large pepperoni pizza chicken tenders and fries.... I specifically told them not to burn it and this is what 50$ looks like (not including tip) probably the last time I'm gonna gamble on a burnt pizza for the price...... honestly how do you manage to even burn the pepperonis when specifically asked for a pizza not well done? Edit: Appreciate the response thank you for the refund and I was unaware about the pepperonis thanks for the info I been going to you guys for years (I grew up next door behind the kmart) and I hate complaining I love your pizza's when they're baked right just been super frustrating lately

I've been in Boca Raton, Florida for 20 years and the family that owns and operates this iconic pizzeria still practices fantastic customer service and commitment to delicious quality food. In fact, they've evolved through the years-offering my favorite gluten-free pizza alternative: cauliflower crust pizza. I'll never forget back in 2003 when my office ordered lunch over the phone and our order was uncharacterically late (they're never late). Because we're a medical practice, we didn't have the luxury of waiting over an hour since patients were due after our already short lunch breaks. We had to cancel our order. But Peggy, one of the family owners personally came to our office and apologized profusely. She made no excuses. She just said something went wrong but they didn't want us to lose faith in them. She promised to personally see to it that this never happened to us again. To back that up, she offered to bring lunch over free of charge. Unfortunately, we couldn't take her up on it since patients had already started arriving. So she presented us with a $20 credit to use without expiration. WOW. She was right--that has never happened again and we've been rabid fans for almost 17 years! We continue to order on a weekly basis. They're the best. We can't say enough great things. Thank you, Tomasso's. BOCA...

If you're looking for fantastic customer service - this isn't the place for you but, if you want a delicious meal at reasonable prices, definitely check out Tomasso's.

We drove from West Palm Beach for their pizza (it was my husbands favorite from childhood) and we were very disappointed with the service from the minute we walked through the door (my husband said a hearty hello as we walked in and we were met with silence and blank stares). Honestly, we felt uncomfortable but we went for pizza and pizza we were going to have. The food was very good. The sauce was absolutely perfect and should be sold by the pint. Garlic rolls were delicious, they were crunchy on the outside but wonderdully soft on the inside. We ordered two pies and our daughters loved their cheese pizza. Our three year old ate several slices. Our hawaiian had real ham and fresh pineapple (not deli meat and canned pineapple), we tasted the freshness of the ingredients and were delighted with our lunch.

If we are in the area again, we will definitely go back for the food but not expect much in the service department. A smile and a hello goes a long way in the...
