Insanely slow service. I have ordered here a handful of times under varying degrees of busyness, and they are consistently 45min-1hr wait. Ordered loaded FRIES just now, and it took over an hour where I met 3 other people looking for a refund or wondering what the wait is on supposedly fast-moving apps. Food is good if you're willing to wait 45min-1hr. Service is terrible though. Update: as you can see below, he clearly has enough time to reply to comments, but fries still take an hour. Grow up Erik. Yes, I gave you multiple chances b/c i believe in supporting local, and in hopes that you weren't always this bad, but you're consistently slow. If you're going to sit there and act like you haven't had to refund people because of your wait times after I witnessed multiple people on different occasions, I don't know how to make you self-aware and I wish you the best. This is a food truck, not fine dining. If you feel like an hour wait for loaded fries is acceptable, then I'll make sure my friends and family never frequent your truck. You can delete this comment all you want. I'll still be talking about you!...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you’re searching for the ultimate gyro experience, look no further than Erik’s Gyros Fusion Cuisine at The Point Park. I recently had the Lamb Gyro, and let me just say—it was nothing short of perfection.
The lamb was tender, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection, with just the right blend of spices that elevated every bite. Wrapped in warm, pillowy pita and paired with fresh, crisp veggies and a creamy tzatziki sauce that was bursting with flavor, this gyro was the real deal. Each ingredient felt carefully chosen and flawlessly executed.
The setting at The Point Park only added to the experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or staying to enjoy the relaxed, welcoming vibe, Erik’s delivers a meal that satisfies both the stomach and the soul.
If you’re a gyro enthusiast or just love incredible food, this spot is an absolute must-visit. I’ll be dreaming of that lamb gyro until...
Read moreOn a recent trip to Erik's I saw a beautifully roasted pork roast in their window. It was a thing of beauty all on its own with a great crust. I asked the lovely lady taking orders what is being made with that pork, and she said "he is making cuban sandwiches with it" Ever since the movie "Chef" with John Favreau where they make delicious Cubanos in their food truck I have been on the search for the best Cubano. I have quite a few delicious cubanos from all over to include the debated birth place of Florida.
I will say Erik's cubano was the best I have ever had. Nothing was skimped on the bread and everything between was perfection. I was so happy that I couldn't finish the large portion that I got to eat it again the next day.
It is obvious Erik takes pride in what he serves and the results speak for themselves.
Remember to ask for a...
