Let me tell you a story. Todays Order consisted of; Chicken soup with chicken nuggets, a cool wrap with side salad, a large lemonade and a frosted coffee with caramel and cookie crumbles. After picking up, looked in bag, should have been 4 packets of ranch, there were zero packets. Should have been three packages of crackers, there were zero crackers. Had to go park, walk up to the window and ask for it. Then I went home, wife informed me that her medium lemonade was supposed to be a large. Drive back to the restaurant with the drink and receipt got the large and came home again. I took my time sitting down to eat and when I did I noticed that my cool wrap was actually a spicy cool wrap which always makes me sick, but at this point had no choice but to eat it and hope for the best. The side salad is always a joke because half of it are the inedible lettuce stalks, it’s okay though because my wife orders a few extra nuggets for me to add. After dinner it was time for the frosted coffee with caramel and cookie crumbles which of course had no caramel or cookie crumbles even though I paid extra for them. This is an extreme example but something is always wrong, I am not sure I have ever been given exactly what I ordered a single time from this place and I’ve eaten here twice a week almost since the day it opened. Today’s was so egregiously bad that it’s impossible to believe it wasn’t on purpose and sometimes it seems they purposely hide the “mistakes” so you won’t see them until it’s too late, like when you look in the bag and what looked like honey mustard wasn’t honey mustard and avocado ranch wasn’t avocado ranch. If you go here, thoroughly check your stuff. Oh and never get the Oreo shake if they still have that, I’ve missed multiple days of work because I couldn’t leave the bathroom after having one. Last time was about a year ago so maybe it’s better now, I wouldn’t know, not brave enough to try that again. We walked in and were immediately greeted and offered any open table. Almost as soon as we sat down, an employee brought laminated menus and disposable placemats.
Several times employees stopped by to make sure we were okay. My kids ordered their sandwich meals, I got the Spicy Southwest Salad. We ordered 2 extra 12 piece nuggets, the dressing for my salad, three different sauces and mayo.
The meal was served very quickly and was piping hot - the kids had a hard time biting their sandwiches for a moment. The fries filled the containers. The employees came by several times, a regular rotation of folks checking. When we requested ketchup and extra mayo, it was promptly delivered. They refilled my tea before I needed it.
You would be hard pressed to find as attentive a staff as was working this afternoon ... at ANY restaurant, even a 5 Star restaurant. The food was supremely fresh and properly prepared. This was an awesome experience for a "fast food" restaurant - better than any other fast food establishment EVER!!! I asked if they planned to do this at their other restaurants, and the employee said he hoped so. Me, too. It is WAY more fun to sit with the family at a Freshly cleaned table than to stand in line at a register.

I went through customer complaints and filed the following and Linda Brunt's reply was "Should anything like this ever happen again please contact the store as soon as it occurs". I am still needing a partial refund!
Update Linda emailed me back with "Mercedes,
That is our store policy we do not offer refunds unless we have the food back with us. We do offer replacements to be redeemed by a certain date. If they offered you 2 fries for a later date. It would have been to be redeemed by one week from that date." How can I return food that I was never given?!?
I ordered: Two #1 sandwich only Two #1 meals 4 Chick-fil-A sauces, 1 buffalo sauce, 2 BBQ sauces
I received: 4 #1 sandwiches, NO FRIES A lemonade, a coke that they poured the lemonade out and left pulp in the cup no ice. 4 Chick-fil-A sauces, 2 buffalo sauce, 2 BBQ sauces (I was charged for an extra buffalo sauce that I didn't want)
