Update: I called after the response from South Flo, which is actually HEB customer service. They sd they’d leave a message for the GM of South Flo. Never heard back! Not an apology or anything! I should have just rejected the charge on my CC, but I’m not like that. I wanted to honor the fact that I received food, even though it wasn’t good, it wasted so much of my husband’s time at our daughter’s b-day party, and no one was hungry by the time it arrived.
Get your act together, serve the people that keep you employed, and just do better. This is why businesses go OUT OF BUSINESS!!! Your lack of concern for your business and customers should NOT hurt the customer’s experience and life. Please find an at home career that doesn’t effect other people’s lives and celebrations.
An apology, discount, or anything would’ve sufficed, but your lack of empathy (as well as bad food and terrible service) speaks volumes, which is why I feel like I should’ve fought it on my CC.
We ordered four 16” pizzas for my daughter's bday party on Seamless.
Our order confirmation said it would be ready between 11:45 to 11:55 AM. At 12:06 PM, my order still had not been made or placed in the ovens. They didn't have very many toppings, and what they did, wasn't spread evenly over the pizza.
The food was a little overcooked, and it wasn't the best. My husband (who picked it up) was over an hour late to our daughter's party. We weren't offered a discount or anything free because of their errors. Just extremely late and mediocre food with bad customer service.
The pizzas were pretty big, but by the time my husband arrived with pizza, our guests had eaten all the snacks and were hardly hungry anymore. So we were left with 3 1/2 pizzas.

Read moreOur first experience was ehh. I called ahead, and was put on hold. However I could hear everything, and I could definitely tell they were busy! I didn't mind waiting but after 8 minutes, (I could have just driven there in that amount of time mind you) someone picks up the phone and hangs it up, instead of seeing if anyone was on the line. But I call back immediately and am able to place my order.
The pizza itself was only alright, sadly. We aren't crazy picky but they forgot the pepperoni on my husband's pizza, and the toppings on mine were disproportionately placed and just..meh. I'm hard to displease when it comes to pizza but I ordered the PPP and the pieces of pork were so small and sparse.
This isn't to say we won't give it another shot, and maybe dining in is the way to go. I really was hoping to get my socks knocked off, based on all the raving reviews. The price and convenience is what's keeping this a 3 star rating but if we'd paid more to then have all these events transpire, I'd probably be...
Read morelet me start off by saying my wife and I love this pizza place. It is pretty good pizza for a great price. Now for the bad news. While we love their pizzas and the different options, our favorite was the margarita pizza. Until the last couple times we have had it. We keep getting a pizza that is now only given dabs of cheese and a bit of sauce. For a pizza that has sauce, cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, and some leafy bits. We don’t seem to get much of any of it. This last pizza that you can see only got a couple globs of cheese, a bit of drizzle and not much else.
