Hidden Hill Stays & Venue — Hotel in Boerne

I unfortunately can not give this place less than 1 star. This is my review as a wedding guest to a wedding for my younger sibling. My sibling had their "micro wedding" here this past Saturday. It was 45 degrees, wet and cold. There are NO indoor spaces or outdoor heater or heat sources if the weather becomes unbearable like it did on Saturday. Our poor parents were trying their hardest to make it up this hill in the rain, walking on a gravel road with nothing to help them if they were to fall. Not at all accessible for older folks who have disabilities and can not make it through such a horrific road. There was mud everywhere, and the "outdoor venue" was roughly a 30 ft area with only a tin roof, no walls or door, so the rain and cold weather really made everything miserable. I'm not even going to get into the food/beverages. There was not even a backup plan for this horrible weather. This wedding should have been moved indoors. So...

I love staying at Hidden Hills Stays! Laura is very hospitable, and each of my stays has been very relaxing. My first visit was during a family member's wedding, and I loved it so much that I have been back twice to get away for a few days. Beautiful trees surround the homes, and some of the amenities include a zip line for your children, axe throwing, a large patio with a fire pit, and cornhole boards. She let me know how to get to all the excellent shopping/eating areas, and she and her husband even invited me over to their patio for a glass of wine. There aren’t words to express my gratitude and love for the Hidden Hill family!! We just celebrated our beautiful wedding at The Hill and it could not have been any more perfect if it weren’t for Laura and her husband.
