The drip coffee is amazing, as are the espresso based drinks, but I stick to black coffee 9/10 times.
The beans are expertly toasted which results in a cup of coffee with actual flavor. If you haven’t tried black coffee lately, give it another try. Their house coffee does change based on where they have sources different batches of beans for that week/month/etc, so it may not always be the same, which I think is great.
This isn’t the place for a consistent cup of burned/charred coffee. This is real coffee with flavor.
P.S. Not sure why there are complaints about acidity in the coffee, that is the best part! I suppose coming from bland/burned coffee makes this something that stands out more, but there is supposed to be...
