I ordered the #12. When he was making the sandwich I noticed he was scrapping the bottom of the container for the Mayo I said politely do you have more Mayo he said yes below as he proceeded to beat my bread to try and spread the little Mayo he had. Finally I got frustrated and said can you make me another sadwich. He was very annoyed to say the least. And wasn't afraid to express it. Now I was annoyed also they were more worried about the closing than anything the floors were very wet. The kid at the register wasn't interested in helping at all when I asked where the salt and vinegar chips were he said "there down there" and I had to ask for my drink cup

Just placed a catering order, we asked Stephanie ( the manager) who answered the phone to mark the 48 sandwiches that we ordered, and very rudely told us no, and to just look at the sandwich and identify it on our own,bland HUNG UP on us...... Identifying the sandwiches is a very difficult process for us, we want everyone to be safe and not touch the sandwiches and put them back. We asked for plates and napkins, and they made us feel uncomfortable asking for them, saying that they don't normally do plates and napkins. Spent almost $200, and I spend that twice a month here. This was my 1st visit. Ordered over the phone. I show to the front door and call them for curb pick up. "You gotta go thru the drive thru to get it." There is a car in front of me & I have to wait. I finally get my order and head home to find no pop i ordered but a straw. I call them and they offer a credit (cant give back a charge in my card). I then Express my displeasure with wasting my time waiting at the drive thru when all they had to do was open the front door and leave it out front. He says, "we dont do that.
