We arrived very early and they checked us into a room without a problem. We were charged 25/night for our dog and they asked us to sign a statement saying we would be charged $250 for cleaning if they discovered we had a dog or if we smoked in the room. So, before signing, I crossed off all references to dogs. They also charged $25 for incidentals, which they said they would refund if you didn’t charge anything to the room. They didn’t mention it until I asked when I saw the charge to my card was $75 instead of $50. The room was nicely decorated, with a queen bed, seating area with a sofa and coffee table and a desk. The room was relatively clean, but when using a white washcloth on the vinyl floor in the room, it came up very dark with dirt. In the room, there is a smoke detector that has two LEDs that flash constantly. At night, they are very visible and annoying. There are also bright LEDs on the bathroom outlets that forced us to close the bathroom door. Finally, there is an LED on the TV that remains on while the TV is off. Many of the stations on the TV did not work or worked sporadically, but there were still plenty that did work, so not a problem. There is an exercise facility and a pool/hot tub. The pool water looked murky and the hot tub was not hot. They do have a lift for both pools for differently abled people. In the morning they have coffee and continental breakfast with a wide selection of items, which was nice. The hotel was convenient to where we needed to be and we used points for our stay (except for our dog), so it was fine. Certainly not a destination hotel, though.

Traveling from Northeast, we appreciated our stay and the exceptional customer service that was here. It started with Corey on the phone, and he continued when we arrived (featured below in checkered shirt and suit jacket). From the moment I called from the airport, Corey provided phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend this spot for a wonderful dining experience, and Jayme picked it up that evening! The kitchen and dining area were top-notch - spotless and inviting. Huge shoutout to Mary and Marquita for their excellent customer service and attention to detail! (Mary to the right featured, and Marquita to the left featured in the kitchen area). you go to some hotels and the kitchen area is left undone and the eggs are cold and random muffins hanging around, but these women are constantly appearing and cleaning and organizing keeping a sanitized area (note: customers, please make it easy for them by cleaning up behind yourself🙏🏽). The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were fully stocked. You never see hand soap, but in contrast, you usually see little bars of soap, but this room had name brand hand soap (Dove), etc. It was clean. We did not have a remote control for the TV, but they generously offered to have one available for us at the desk, but that is not a reason to knock off a star. Please keep up the good work at this hotel. And thank you, team, for a job well done. #TopNotchService #SpotlessClean #CustomerSatisfaction #FineDining

Don't even know where to start. The rooms are disgusting, the staff doesn't care or help with anything when guess are out of hand. My first room was a complete wreck, food, and gum on the floors and hair in the beds. Dirty sheets. I asked for a new room and was given another room on the ground floor. This was a nightmare as well for other reasons. The sheets were also dirty, had hair on the sheets again! There was even BLOOD on them. So I asked for new sheets and was told I'd have to make my own bed. I was here for two nights. All night I was woken up the first night from doors slamming. The second night at midnight a group of people came to the lobby extremely loud and disruptive. I called the receptionist and they said they'd have them keep it down. It just got louder AND the receptionist turned on music which just made it worse. I needed to get up early for work and both nights had very poor sleep. I would never stay here or any holiday inn again if at all possible. - see pictures.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby until our departure, our experience at Holiday Inn Express was nothing short of exceptional. The true highlight of our stay was the amazing team of employees we encountered throughout all three shifts at the front desk. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and attentive service made us feel like we were staying with family. I wish I had their names to give them the recognition they truly deserve, as they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for both me and my kids.

The housekeeping ladies were equally wonderful. Even though we had requested no housekeeping during our stay, they still made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with kindness. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially loved the thoughtful touch of having pillows with different densities, ensuring a perfect night's sleep for everyone in the family.

As a seasoned traveler who frequents Holiday Inn Express, I can confidently say that the standards at this particular hotel were top-notch. The attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of our stay.

Breakfast was a true delight for the entire family. The kids couldn't get enough of the pancake station, and the wide array of options, including yogurt and a great spread of breakfast items, ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect way to kickstart our days of adventure and exploration.

In conclusion, our stay at Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and delightful breakfast spread made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a home away from home during their travels. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special. We can't...

So when I made my reservation at this hotel it was for a wedding so they had blocked off a set of rooms for the wedding okay cool we decided to stay an extra day due to my boyfriend being from out of state. When we arrived the desk lady was cool and made sure we stayed in the same room both days I’m like okay that makes sense.. everything was going well… now comes the bad… we get into the room… there is some type of residue on the bathroom door, the housekeeper left her lunch in our fridge and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower where empty.. I’m like okay things happen we went to the wedding had a great time. Next morning We Went and got breakfast. Then the first housekeeper shows up to our room around 10am … mind you we have the Do not disturb sign on the door; we say no clean the room tomorrow.. then around 11am the “supervisor shows up and is like are yall staying? Like yes we already paid for two days…! At this point we are like what! Then the phone rings around 12 in the afternoon and they said we need new keys..!!! Mind you we have used the keys and they work just fine. I go down to the desk I’m like the lady yesterday had us sign paperwork we already paid and she said our keys are good for both days.. she’s like oh lemme check and see if she extended your stay… she’s did she’s like oh I’m sorry yes she did.. lemme know if you have any issues with your keys. now mind you this is between the hours of 10am and 1pm this is occurring. I have never in my 18ish years of going to hotels have I ever been so disappointed. and I worked at a holiday inn when I was 17. They used to be great....
