Starbucks — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

The store opens at 4:30 in the morning. I pulled up to the sign At 4:35 AM and then to the window when nobody spoke to me. At the window, I saw a girl who was counting money. She looked right at me and turned around. I watched her put the money in the drawer and then she turned around and started doing something with The cardboard cupholders. I waited a few minutes and then I drove around the building and went back to the sign and waited to be greeted. She did not greet me. I went back to the window we again she didn’t greet me by this point it was 447 am And I had to get to work. I wasted about 10 minutes of my morning. Driving to work I called the store and talked to a girl and told her what happened and she said no that wasn’t our store. It was and that was incredibly rude. While Starbucks is more of an expensive coffee place, I give this location 5 stars because the employees are really friendly.

Not only did they make my drink properly and make decent suggestions, they reminded me about the free red cup day if I planned to return the next day.

I have been to this location since they opened, and have not had a bad drink.

They are also pretty quick when it comes to preparing online orders.

The only negative is they have a small parking lot if you plan to dine in kama they are more of a drive thru location. There is a parking lot for the bank you can park at if their spaces are full, but there isn't a sidewalk to easily get to...

I’m very disappointed with their customer service! I waited FORTY MINUTES for my order! For me to walk out with out my drink! One of the issues was they couldn’t find my order when it printed! Two the barista was arguing with me in front of other customers! Perhaps they need better training with their customer service on how they treat people! Three Frappe ribbon crunch tasted like ice- no caramel flavor! Even the barista said they were out of one ingredient but she still made my drink thinking I wouldn’t notice!
