Sharks Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

I stopped by sharks fish and chicken on August 19th 2025 at 8:48 p.m. I ordered four wings and two pieces of jacked salmon. the two men that were preparing my food. the one guy that was cooking the food had a red beard. the other young man was servicing the driver up and taking orders in the lobby area. Neither one of the men had on a hairnet. The young man that was preparing the food for customers. Was using his hands and not using tongues to prepare the food. I thought that was so unsanitary. When I got home with my food the Jack salmon was too hard for me to eat the chicken wings we're not cooked fully all the way through . Bad experience with sharks in Bolingbrook on Boughton Road. That's $14.71 that I lost for food I didn't even eat. That's order number 20 transaction 009559... and again that was August 19th 2025...

I ordered a pick 3 with wings, shrimp & catfish steaks. I made it home and sat down to eat and the catfish smelled like dog poop. I called them immediately and the manager argued with me and told me that they’ve been selling that all day with no complaints. Shame on them if they’ve been selling that knowing what it smells like. I know they had to smell it but they chose to sell it anyway to make money. I’m a business owner and returning customers keep the doors open. They won’t last long. The photo looks excellent but the fish smelled like death. I wish I could give them no stars. Also I wondered why they were so generous with the extra pieces now I know why, they were trying to...

Whoever was working the drive thru tonight(3/12) needs to be put in the kitchen and away from customers. I don’t care how my food is, the taste in my mouth after that interaction is enough to give this a one star rating. Guy was cutting me off during my order, being demanding, giving me attitude the whole time, snatched my card out my hand at the window and didn’t even tell me the total. Wow. Maybe you’re having a bad day but I didn’t deserve that. And neither did the car behind me, who I heard had to tell the drive thru guy to “slow down, I’m not done saying my order.” Great first impression.
