One of the Better Dunkinâ Locations â Just a Few Minor Issues
Iâve been a regular at this Dunkinâ for a couple of years now, and overall, Iâd say itâs one of the better-run stores in the franchise. The place is clean, it looks recently remodeled, and considering the volume they handle, they move pretty quickly. The staff usually gets orders right and keeps the line moving.
There are just a couple of small drawbacks. The drive-thru layout is a bit tight and awkward to navigate â especially if youâre driving an extended SUV or truck. Itâs not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of.
At one point, they did seem to be out of stock on certain items more often than not, though that might have been a broader supply chain issue rather than something specific to this location. Lately, I havenât had that problem.
The only other consistent gripe I have is with the iced coffee â it feels like itâs either filled to the top with ice or, if you ask for less ice, they only fill it about three-quarters of the way up. Iâd love to see a better balance there.

So the next day , I gave her money where she had to give me change back so this time I snatched it out of her hand she looked at me like I was crazy. I said to her you did it to me yesterday if you donât like it done to you donât do it to other people. The only person in there that is a five star employee is the woman her name is America I believe . She always has my coffee ready for me even before I get to the register they need more people like her over there. And I agree that manager lady is useless , do you think that seeing someone every day they would acknowledge you when you come in? She looks at you doesnât even say nothing and looks back down. Very rude. They act like theyâre doing you a favor by going in there everyone is running around and there is never nobody at the register. You always have to wait a few minutes before somebody comes over not even to say someone will be with you in a minute. They just make you stand like a dummy. I inquired about a drink I was interested in getting and the âmanagerâ, Aileen, progressively got more rude and audibly upset while answering questions because I had to continually prove to get simple answers. She behaved so badly that by the time I got to the window she refused to see me. When I asked the other lady at window what her name was she said âI donât knowâ and prompted me to leave. Had to ask several times until she shared her name. Seems like the frustration they were projecting came from the fact that they simply did not understand English at all. GET THEM OUT OF THERE AS IT IS A CUSTOMER FOCUSED JOB IN A MAJORITY ENGLISH SPEAKING REGION!! Interestingly enough I speak Spanish and understood all they had to say and couldnât say to my face.
