The rep Jacen initially told me it was 45 dollars and then as I agree to that starts to add fees that racked up my plan to 75.00. The worst part is that he acted surprised that these charges existed. The first one was activation fee, then a minimum charge on the phone to make it work. When I asked for a refund, he said it’s already been activated so I can’t. This is totally unfair and had he said the price at the start I would have either went elsewhere or knew what I was going to pay. Read moreI had been having a whirlwind of issues with my phone, just as COVID-19 hit, when remote and mobile work was pivotal to my sanity. When I came in, Rush handled my issue so well. He gave me the opportunity to share what I've already done (how often does someone ask if you've turned it on and off?!), troubleshooted with me, asked specific questions, and helped me ensure my data was safe and sound before going through a factory reset. He affirmed that I was not crazy, that there was an issue, and did everything AT&T could to fix it. He was personable and welcoming.
