I’m updating my review b/c I was contacted by the manager who took the time to discuss the situation and even personally delivered my order. I appreciated them going the extra mile to remedy the situation.

Just moved to this area and have been a mmj patient in 2 states since 2018. This is hands down the Worst dispensary I have ever had experience with which is disappointing b/c Curaleaf was my primary dispensary in Ocala. I have had 3 strokes and central pain syndrome. I use mmj to take the edge off the pain as I do not wish to take opioids. After the strokes my license was medically pulled b/c my vision was affected so I can’t drive
I placed my order for delivery with a delivery of yesterday. When I got a text asking me to pickup I called and a gentleman's assisted me to fix in the system to be delivered today.
I just called again to follow up as I usually get a text with delivery info. The woman who took my call was completely cold, not empathetic to my situation and said she was getting uncomfortable and ended the call without providing a solution b/c of her discomfort. I’m actually in physical pain, am frustrated and probably did a project both a bit but not that much. She was emotionally uncomfortable and completely disregarded the fact that I am in actual pain. Read moreVery badly run location. Placed an online order, arrived 10 minutes into my scheduled time, checked in and sat for 20 minutes. Watched at least 8 people walk in, place an order in store and be served before my order was filled. Asked about my order with Jack who was working the front door and was told by Jack that there was no online order. I explained that I had just checked in with him and he confirmed I had an order. Jack said my order was not ready because it is a large order and that was his only explanation. He wasn't going to go see what was happening, call someone to find out, nothing customer service related at all. I asked to speak to the manager, I think his name was Tyler or Taylor (not sure) and he said the same thing, it's a large order and takes more time. Not quite sure about these guys....please follow along....if you have 8 orders with 2 items each, that totals 16 items, my order was for 13 items. You also have to serve 8 people, my order is for 1 person. Why did they prioritize smaller orders over a larger order? We can take our business elsewhere where prices are less and service also sucks if Curaleaf of Bonita Springs' employees and management doesn't value all of...

We received a text notification that my order was otw, and then a text message it was undeliverable. I called the store to be put on hold by the automated system for 45 min, which never answered. Called a delivery driver from a past delivery, who had the Store Manager (SM) call me back an hour later. SM fed my wife and I nothing but excuses and lies. He said that the driver tried to call multiple times but there was no answer - mind you, my phone never rang. When the SM called me, I answered on the first ring, so it was a lie that anyone tried to call me - If no one answered why not leave a voice mail like they have done in the past? BECAUSE IT WAS A LIE! SM preferred to rudely explain the fault on how the automated phone system works (to my wife), rather than offer a resolution to redeliver my order. Note: he was chewing gum or something during the entire call. Very poor experience!
Bottom line, DO NOT count on your order being followed through with. They can't handle high volume deliveries or customer issues...
