Five Guys — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

This is the first Five Guys we've been to that has shakes! There are at least 3 in the Naples, Fl area. But don't let their sign fool you. All the mix ins are not free, only the first three. The shake was pretty good, a little thin, but good. Plenty of the 3 mix ins we chose. And the burgers we, as usual. Maybe bit more of the toppngs than at some of the other stores, same choices though. Service was excellent. The main reason for the 4 starts is the fries were under done. We love them crispy. These were limp. If I had gotten to the fries earlier, before my family went ahead and are most of them, I would have brought it up to the staff. But I figured since they already ate them, it would be ridiculous to complain and ask for more. My Husband did mention it, just to let them know, and was told that in the future ask for crispy fries to be sure they are done like we like them. Good to know! Went in to pick up a mobile order, which they keep away from the counter. I tell the guy doing the fries and handing out food my name to which he shrugs off like it’s not ready yet, which is fine perhaps I arrived early. I do see two bags of food that are sitting where the to go orders are. After standing there ten minutes another staff asked who I was waiting for and I tell her my name. She looks at the guy who should be handing me the food to which he just acts like it’s not ready yet….. after waiting another ten minutes or longer, watching everyone else get served I finally get annoyed and ask how much longer it’s gonna be for my food. The guy finally grabs one of the bags that was sitting ready to go the entire time. So I essentially was forced to wait and watch my food get cold for no reason. First review after many visits. I and my family of five total people have eaten here for four years. Haven’t been since early 2022 but I went for lunch today by myself. A double cheeseburger with lettuce wrap, small fry and small soda was 22.23. Five guys like everyone has decided to engage in fakeflation and surrender to greed and milk their customers; middle class people and families. Don’t get me wrong it’s delicious it’s fast the service is good the staff is awesome.

But I will speak with my wallet and will not bring my family here to line some corporations greedy pockets. This much for a single person is robbery. It’s not worth 9.54 for a single plain burger.
