This was a disaster. I give them a F for service, and F for delivery, and a F- for attitude. We ordered dinner with 3 main dishes, a salad and an appetizer to be delivered. On their web site you can choose to use Door Dash or "Order Save". I choose Order Save, but it turns out it was Door Dash anyway. When the order showed up it was missing one of the main dishes. Ok, this happens, I get it, so I called them. This is when the the disaster started to take place. The first person said the only way she could resolve this was to have me come and pick up the missing item. I told her the whole reason for delivery is so one doesn't have to pick up the food. She said that is all she could do. No credit was offered. I said forget it and hung up. Note, I am not trying to save money here - I tipped the staff and the driver on the order. The owner then called and said he looked the "the cameras" and all items where put in the bag. Really? Well all items weren't delivered. I asked that they deliver the missing item, he said he had no delivery people available. I suggested he Uber to me and he refused. I then asked for a credit for the item not delivered and he said I would have to talk to Door Dash because their driver must have taken the item. He also said he couldn't credit any of the item because the charge was with Door Dash. When I said I entered my credit card on his web site he said that did not matter. Now when I look at my credit card statement, sure enough the charge is from "MYKONOS KUZINA GREEK RESTAURANT". Of course I will dispute this charge, but really... They don't take responsibility for orders placed on their own web site? And the entire time arguing with me at every step as I had a guest waiting to eat? I have seen some bad service and attitude in my day, but this tops it all. Do yourself a favor and all of us a favor, never order delivery from this place, and better yet, avoid it all together.
EDIT: The owner answered my review and I had to reply. I think if you read his response you will see the exact bad attitude I am speaking about. I put my credit card number in his order form on his web site. The charge that was on my AMEX came from his restaurant. He may have some issue with his e-commerce provider, but that is his issue. When I trust a vendor with my credit card I assume they will take responsibility for my trust. Not so with this guy. Also, he thinks I have to call his credit card vendor to straighten out a problem he created? He should a) be taking care of the problem, and b) dealing with his bank not asking me to call them. Next - he said "Asking me to prepare food and Uber to your house is just not something I can do nor any of my staff" What? Isn't that what you do all night every night? You staff can't make another Gyro plate? You can't give it to a delivery person like you do 100 times a night? You are right I said (once) this is BS, and I will say it again now. BS. You say you process a large amount of take out and carry out orders - enjoy this, because with your attitude and service level, something tells me you won't be doing for long. And BTW, for the 3rd time (once last night and twice today) you are full of yourself, and BS. I will dispute the charge.
EDIT2: This guy really doesn't get it. The food is the responsibility of Mykonos from the moment I press "order" on their web site to the time I take delivery at my door from their chosen delivery service. It is ridiculous to expect that the customer should spend time trying to untangle a problem Mykonos created. If there was a warning that when an order is placed that Mykonos takes no responsibility and any problems will need to be resolved between the customer and the delivery service then Mykonos might have a shred of credibility. But there is no warning. Of course there isn't - because everyone would stop right there and not place the order. If it is so easy to call the service that Mykonos chose to deliver their product, then why would Mykonos expect me to call? I didn't create this problem. This was lame, lazy...

What a fabulous find for this evening's dinner! Greek cuisine is always on my favorites list, and a quick search brought me to this local hidden place. We were greeted before we could open the door by a delightful hostess. There were only two other couples before us, so we had the pick of tables to sit. We chose a cozy 2 seater by the window. There is plenty of outdoor patio seating, but the oncoming rain suggested we remain indoors. The restaurant interior is charming, inviting, and quaint. All of the staff were welcoming and glad we were there. Our server was impeccable and offered great suggestions. Relaxing music by Mediterranean artists filled the room, and it was not loud.
After considering the wine list, she selected a cabernet, and I asked for a malbec. After a first sip, we quickly discovered each other's glass tasted better, so we swapped glasses. Much better.
An appetizer with 4 Dolmades arrived minutes after the wine.
She ordered the Chicken Lemonato Pan seared chicken breast, finished with a caper, white wine, lemonato sauce. Served with mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, rice, or sautƩed veggies.
I ordered the Moussaka, of course. Potato, zucchini, and eggplant layered with our Greek meat sauce & 3 cheese blend. Topped with a rich, fluffy bƩchamel. Served with green beans stewed in tomato sauce.
The Dolmates were the best I've ever had. The Moussaka was perfect, melt in your mouth delicious. I didn't think I'd finish it all at once, but I managed. The Lemonato was also extremely tender and pairs perfectly with the Greek potatoes.
We sat as long as we wanted while we finished our wine. I always have a sweet tooth after dinner, and since there's a lovely dessert counter within sight, I ordered the Galactoboureko to go. Very important. Don't forget the Galactoboureko!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped in the other night at 8:00 PM to have a cocktail before heading home. I might have had an appetizer, but I didnāt get the chance to look at the menu.
I sat down at the bar, and the young hostess was folding napkins at the end of the bar. The restaurant had many diners, some still waiting for their dinners. The hostess yelled to me that she didnāt know if I could have a cocktail and needed to ask the manager. I explained that I only wanted a cocktail, as I was checking out the place for a future dining experience.
When the manager walked up, she informed me that the kitchen was closed at 8:00 PM, even though their advertisement states it closes at 8:30. I asked if I could just have a cocktail, and while she said yes very coldly, she then walked away, leaving no one at the bar to serve me. I felt ignored, so I decided to leave. The whole experience had a weird vibe, and it was definitely not inviting.
I will not be back! It feels like they take their customers for granted. What has happened to staying open during the hours you advertise and, most importantly, to providing good...
