KB Patio & Home Decor — Attraction in Bonita Springs

On 5-30-21 we purchased an Les Jardins extendable outdoor table with 8 chairs from KB Patio in North Naples.After a few weeks, the table when extended became uneven.I was put in touch with the owner who provided the contact information of the sales rep from Les Jardins.He agreed to deliver a replacement table with KB delivering the table at no charge.

After delays, supply chain issues, Hurricane Ian, language barriers, thanks to Kathryn (the owner of KB) who was instrumental in staying on top of the issue, my replacement table was delivered on 3-22-23.

Things happen in business and issues occur, its how these issues are handled that make the difference and KB Patio resolved the issue.

I would not hesitate to do business with KB again should my need for any patio furniture arise. The selections, quality and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I encourage anyone looking for patio items to check out KB...

We were searching for the right chaise lounges. Not sure what we wanted. Looked at several places. We purchased our outdoor dining set from Carl's and we really like it but new that Carl's Patio had changed over. We thought there was no hope that any additional pieces that matched would still be available after 5 years. But, we decided to go to the new business - KB Patio - at the old Carl's location at see. We met JC who immediately not only knew the set but took us over to it on the showroom floor! KB Patio carries the line. And, JC checked the inventory and secured two of the last chaise lounges in the color of our dining set. We are more than please with JC's service. He is very friendly and gracious, too! These guys truly have the best outdoor furniture around. We drove all the way from Sarasota to Naples because we've purchased from them before and knew the quality and service would be worth it. We bought furniture on Saturday, and it was delivered by Monday—that’s outstanding service!

The sales experience was top-notch. Our sales rep was excellent, and the owner was directly involved, which made the process smooth and professional from start to finish. On top of that, we were so pleased that we also purchased another set to be shipped to our home in Colorado.

A special shout-out to Carlos and Ron, who delivered our furniture today. What a great crew! They were polite, professional, and went above and beyond by helping us move our old furniture to the garage so we could figure out what to do with it. From the moment they arrived to the moment they left, they did a fantastic job....
