Simply Amazing food and service! This place is delicious. This is some of the best Vietnamese food I have ever had. I wish I could pack this location up and move it to Chicago. Honestly it is that good.
Also the service was spot on. Kim our waitress was delightful and amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the food. She ordered our food perfectly. I got mine extra extra spicy and it actually came out spicy. That never happens! My wife wanted light light brown sauce instead of a heavy sauce. Kim told us that their sauce was light already but she would ask for it to be lighter. I must admit it was one of the best sauces I've ever tasted.
I ordered the Roasted Pork egg noodles with shredded napa cabbage, shredded carrot, scallion, celery & onion with crushed peanuts. It was so good. In fact, I've ordered this twice now in the past few days. Yes I've made a return trip.
We tried the Grilled Beef topped with fried shallots as an appetizer even though it is a main course. The beef was cooked perfectly and it came with a sauce on the side which was so good. Kim told us it was a fish sauce. I could hardly believe it. She called it the ketchup of Vietnam. Yum!
We also had the Vegetable Stir fry with light sauce but with extra spice added.
My little one got a Bone Marrow Soup with Chicken and yes this was on the kids menu. It was one of the best broths I've ever tasted.
We also tried an app of Summer Rolls with shrimp & pork with a peanut sauce. This dish was super fresh and healthy. It is so nice to order something not deep fried but still has fantastic flavor.
This place is really good. It is some of the best food I've had in the Naples area in over 20 years. We loved this place so much that we ate here twice in two days. I can't wait until our next vacation down to Naples. Maybe we will eat...
Read moreWe visit every week, sometimes twice a week, at lunchtime.
Food: They have a vast menu with food for every flavor palate and preference, and are very good about accommodating to any request to the best of their ability. If you’re familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, you’re coming here for the Pho noodle soup, which is the best we’ve had in Southwest Florida. They have all the traditional toppings and sauces you’d expect for an authentic bowl of Pho. They also have numerous options for vegetarians and vegans, including vegetable-based Pho.
Restaurant Atmosphere: The restaurant atmosphere is very typical of both similar strip mall restaurants as well as Florida restaurants in general-nothing inside is the newest or shiniest, but it doesn’t feel dirty or to run down like many other places in the area.
Service: There are four rotating servers that work at the restaurant; it is a very casual (no uniforms here) and homey service environment. Many of the patrons are regulars, and the server named JJ remembers every person and their order; he is absolutely fabulous. The whole feeling is very kind and personal, not your run-of-the-mill experience.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a middle unit of a strip mall; the strip mall has a communal parking lot with plenty of convenient parking close to the restaurant entrance.
Overall, this is our favorite restaurant in Southwest Florida, and we recommend it to any local or visitor in the area who is either new to or has a love for...
Read moreI wish I could tell you about the food but I didn’t have any. I walked in and informed the lady at the register it was my first time there. It was just before 130pm and I saw lunch specials good until 3pm. I ordered the curry tofu. She came back out and asked if I wanted the chicken and I said no the tofu. When she brought it I asked if I could have my salad as the lunch specials come with it. She said that’s with lunch specials. I said yes that’s what I want. “You didn’t say” I said I didn’t know I had to…”You have to say lunch special” I said I don’t know that - I told you its my first time her. She kept repeating (annoyingly) you have to say lunch so i said, No, actually you should have asked. My first visit and I was supposed to know to specify?! If you work there and there are 2 different items at lunchtime maybe you can ask. Especially AT lunchtime. I said I only wanted a lunch portion with the salad. She was prepared to give me the meal at a reduced price I guess and brought the menu to check prices. She then said but no salad lol. I can’t believe it. I have been in sales my whole career and I have owned a store. If i made a mistake in not asking a customer a question I would apologize and say oh let me get your salad and I will bring you the lunch portion. I told her not to worry and left. I still have not had...
