Great car event 🥰

Last weekend I attended a car event in Kansas, and it was such a unique experience! 🚗✨ I’m not usually a “car person” I’ve always seen cars as just a way to get from point A to point B but this event made me appreciate the beauty and charm of older models.

There were so many gorgeous cars on display, from shiny classics to well loved projects being worked on right there. The location itself had a retro feel, with garage spaces, car wash setups, and people actively fixing and detailing their cars. 🛠

I had a great time eating, drinking, and listening to “Porter & Friends” live music with my closest friends and family. Got there at 5:30pm to get a large table, like I do every time we go. The reserved space was being used for a birthday party that the band was booked for. I heard the lady working the cocktail bar (coffee side) was trying to kick the band out because she had “places to be” even though the party was still going on for another 30 minutes. Ok so this was a total surprise. I had no idea they were here but a friend suggested we try the BBQ place out front. When we went to eat we found the brewery. The beer selection was perfect and the environment is top notch.

It’s an old converted flour mill so there are multiple businesses in here and the environment is just so cool. I have been all around KC on both sides of the state line and this is by far my favorite. You can get BBQ, pizza, ice cream coffee wine, booze and most importantly a great selection of beer.

It’s worth whatever drive you have to make to check it out. Everything on the menu...
