I am disabled and have a very active Australian Jack Russel who is my Medical Alert Service Dog. Pepper (the dog's name) managed to slip through my front door onto the porch while the gate was opened, just as the Delivery Person and I were exchanging the pizza. He was very quick to react and just barely stopped my dog from escaping into an adventure running through the neighborhood. Being Saturday afternoon, it would have been nearly impossible to rustle up a posse to walk the neighborhood looking for it.
There are many kinds of people who work hard in bad weather that are obliged to drive and deliver pizza's for cranky people. This person was so kind and understanding I wish could have stood up enough to give a big thank you hug to. This review will never change and will hopefully touch a future heart of whomever reads it and decides to leave a big tip. This was a special occasion for me as I had only returned from the hospital for the second time in a month and I wanted to watch College football without cooking. This was not a normal action for me because I usually bake a frozen pizza so this was a very special and out of budget treat.
The pizza came just a bit early too. The track record of this store is extraordinary. This area would be considered the sticks by many but the quality, offerings and timeliness are the same I would receive all over the country. I give great big huggs from a Disabled Vet to Pizza Hut and all their wonderful staff and delivery people in...
Read moreThe 2-liter from my order was missing. When I called the store to let them know, we were told they were much too busy to send it out. (Even though we paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver 25%) Cory (the person we spoke to) did offer a $10 dollar credit to add to my Pizza Hut account. Which was way above the value of the bottle. The issue was we had to spend the credit within the next 30 days. We only ordered Pizza as a special occasion, so there was no way we would order again in 30 days. I told the employee this and asked for a refund for the 2-liter. His tone changed to relay annoyance and he told me the manager would have to send it to corporate to get it approved. I told him that was fine, asked his name, and said thank you. That is when he hung up. No 'thank you', no 'sorry about the trouble of having to eat a pizza with nothing to drink', no 'bye'. Hopefully, I will see the refund, but I was disappointed with the customer service. It would be one thing if I was being angry or rude, but I wasn't. I was trying to be understanding, but the proposed remedy did not work for me. Just know, if you order from here and your whole does not come, you are just out of luck and will be treated as if you did something wrong if you ask for...
Read moreTHEY UNPLUG THEIR PHONES.Placed an order online, expected delivery was 45 minutes, it’s a Friday so I know it gets busy but waited an 1 1/2 hours finally called, the number listed is for the call center. Called the call center 6 times, finally got helped and the guy states it’s showing the stores phones is are down and would have the manager at the call center take a pic and send it to the store, he said he doesn’t know how long it could take for them to respond. So finally just went up there, get there 5 people or so were working, he said they were short staffed and the delivery driver is on the way to my house. Okay whatever I get it, get to my house and was talking to the driver and told her I couldn’t get ahold of the actual store and phone number was for the call center. SHE SAID “YEAH WE TURN THE PHONES OFF WHEN IT GETS TOO BUSY SO IT DOESN’T KEEP RINGING” I HAVE VIDEO RECORDING OF THIS and would attach if I could! Finally almost two hours later after I originally ordered. Open my pizza and it was lukewarm at best! Absolutely ridiculous, Not okay at all and made a...
