The workers use to be so respectful and would make sure you're aware of the substitutions. Now the employees simply load your trunk not saying a word, which is fine. Except lately the employees have it bad slamming trunks. Today the 7/6/2023 and 5/8/2023 both morning pick ups. Idk if the employees in a bad mood or what but respect people vehicles. My trunk does not require being slammed to closed it. I did the Walmart surveys both times. Still no change.
7/8/2022 I do my weekly shopping at this location using grocery pick up. My substitutions are always good. Fast pick up with friendly workers. The young lady this morning I see often working hard. The app was down not able to check in. When she came out bringing another order she came over to checking my pickup name. Received my groceries within two minutes. I didn't get her name but my pick up was between the 8am-9am slot today. The system being down didn't stop her from getting the job done well.
1/20/2022 The Auto Center customer service was okay. As I was waiting, I heard two different conversations discussing wearing a mask. I was the only one wearing one. Its my choice to wear one and yours not too. I called a day before to make a morning appointment. I was informed about scheduling online. I wasn't able to find the appointments link. Called back received help making my appointment over the phone. Arrived at 9am not busy at all. One car was leaving as I walked in. Took twenty minutes to get checked in. I ordered my tires online and shipped to this store. Took a hour for all 4 tires to be mounted and cost $74. The online ordering saved me money. The tires plus getting them mounted cost less then the quoted price for ONLY three tires from one of the local Bonner Tire shops.

First time ordering online groceries from this specific location. Placed my order the day before. My local Walmart in Leavenworth had no available times. Bonner Springs worked out as a second solution since I work in Bonner. Took maybe five minutes to pick up my order once I checked in on the app. The worker made sure to check if I knew about the substitutions and items...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I went in for an oil change on my girlfriends car and it took fifteen minutes for anyone to notice me. I was the only one there for an oil change and it took an hour and fifteen minutes just for the oil change, meanwhile two other cars were given oil changes and sent on their way. When the change was done they parked my car and didn't even mention to me that it was done. I never left the auto center so it wasn't like I was unreachable. The worst part of the whole ordeal was when I got back in the car. I had left my cup in the cup holder and it had a very small amount of milkshake left in the bottom. When I got back to the car, the cup was on its side in the passenger seat. There was chocolate all over the passenger seat and it had run into the floorboard of the backseat and puddled. I was just going to clean it and move on, but when I got out I saw that there was chocolate on the OUTSIDE of the car. There is no way this was a simple accident and even if it was, there was no attempt to clean up or tell me what had happened. I went back to talk to the manager and was given a three dollar bottle of carpet cleaner. My girlfriend called when she got off of work and they told her that they offered to clean it and gave her the run around when she asked for any kind of compensation. All in all, it took over two hours for then to do a half hour oil change and spill ice cream in the car. I will never spend money at that Wal-Mart again, and will probably never spend money at...
Read moreNEVER EVER take your car there for an oil change or anything automotive..... Took my wife's car there to do a basic oil change because it's cheaper for them to do it than it is for me to do myself. When I took my wife to pick the car up in my truck she calls me minutes later and tells me that she is on the side of the road and her car automatically shut off with the check engine light on. I drive back to where she was and checked under the car which showed no leaks of any kind then checked the oil in which there was none on the dip stick. Put oil in it and looked over the car which showed no severe damage to it thankfully. Called them well over 20 times over a period of about three months and went to the store itself in which "corporate" called back and stated that " the video shows they put enough oil in it"? I'm not sure if the employees have body cams or what because there is no way a regular security camera could show how much oil that put in a car. They denied any resolution to make things right. This same store did the EXACT same thing to a friemd of mine's daughter's car as well. Spend the extra time and just do it yourself. Place is a joke. I will say as far as a grocery store aspect it's not the worst Wal...
