After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, we were told they were not serving ice cream. When I saw customers leaving with ice cream from the store and customers being handed ice cream through the drive-thru window and it was my turn to pull up to the window, I asked why other customers had ice cream but they wouldn't serve us any. The answer was "we have a lot going on". So, this place will not serve ice cream "if they have a lot going on". This place is ran by a bunch of 15 year old unprofessional kids. Went today after church. After we waited for 30 minutes to get our food(4 meals) I went back to the counter to inquire how our order was coming along. There were 4 workers talking I waited and never was asked if I needed help. I finally said can someone help me? The Young lady at counter turned around and said what did you order? I told her, again. Cold food, wrong food, horrible service. Instead of just apologizing that they gave me the wrong sandwich and making it right, the pompous cashier looked at me and replied, "that's not what you said" and just stared at me. I know what I ordered, but even if I did say it wrong, that's your response to a guest that just spent almost $25????
