We received a pg of Subway coupons in the mail a few days ago and decided to go thru the Boonville Subway drive-thru to order 2 subs. Time was around noon with no cars in parking lot or drive-thru. At the menu board, a recording came on and said "thank you for choosing Subway. Someone will be with you in a moment. " Less than 15 seconds, a employee came on and said " welcome to Subway, how may I help you?" I told her I would like 2 subs and I have a coupon for 2 for $12.99. She promptly replied "we do not honor those coupons at this Subway ". No "sorry"but her tone of voice was good and that's all she said. I gave her 2 stars for being nice. Looking at the pg of coupons in each coupon in very small print it reads: "Redeemable at participating U. S. restaurants ". Not too long ago, this Subway honored Subway coupons. I'm glad I mentioned the coupon because if I had gotten to the pay window, I would have not paid the extra and drove off. I looked on line and this Subway had a 2 for 1. The employee could have informed me of this and I would have gladly got out of the drive-thru and took the time to order. Before covid, Subway's deal was $5 Footlong. Coupon deal is $6.50 ea or + $1.50 or a 33% increase if my math is good. Why wouldn't this Subway be coming out ahead even with our current high inflation and...

Had to wait at counter while 3 staff members were walking around & saying how busy the restaurant was, but no one was taking orders or cleaning or refilling, etc. Only 2 people inside eating & no one in line but myself. After some time had passed & the 3 staff employees looked at me waiting several times still no service until I raised my voice to ask about ordering a sandwich, then I was finally able to order. Very unorganized for attempting to make a sandwich as well, asking each other how many slices of meat to put on the sandwich. As I was in line waiting for mine to be made another customer came in who said he had been waiting in the drive thru for quite some time, this customer said "someone (employee for drivethru) told me on the intercom to hold on a minute that she would be right back but never came back on intercom to take his order so he had to park & come inside. He finally was able to place his order as well. Very poor service! Not pleased with food...

Boonville doesnāt have many options as is and the amount of money we spent on two small sandwiches to get talked to so rudely when trying to order makes me want to take my money elsewhere. I really hope management takes this serious and trains their employees on how to treat paying customers like decent human beings. Iāve worked customer service for years-it is not that hard. Our sandwiches were a sloppy mess and looked like they had been smashed before they were wrapped. The Chandler Subway location is amazing. The staff is always kind and the manager in there is always so welcoming and have never had issues with our orders there. If youāre wanting Subway, I would highly recommend going to the Chandler location. Youāll at least get your order right and treated kindly while...
