Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Boonville

I placed an order for delivery at 6:14pm. When I left work. This way it would be delivered before I got there to feed my kids and husband. The delivery time was said to be 37-43 mins. I received a text message to track my order immediately after I placed the order online. I also received an email stating my order would arrive by 7pm. Then at 6:31pm a text message said my order was out for delivery. The delivery driver did not arrive at my home until 7:10pm. I was already on the phone with the manager by 7:04 wanting to know why my order had been in a delivery vehicle for now over 30 mins. He apologized because it was late. He offered to creit my account for my next order. I said aside from the fact it's late, I'm calling because we will now have a pizza that has been in a vehicle for over 30 mins and it will not be fresh or even hot. I asked if I could pick up a fresh one because I was now 10 mins from Pizza Hut, on my way home. He agreed. I hung up the phone at 7:12 and seen I received a text from my husband stating the Pizza arrived at 7:10pm. At the time he said it feels hot and we're hungry at this point it will be fine. I called the manager back told him nevermind on the other Pizza because the other was finally delivered. We agreed on just crediting my account for my next order. He credited me $16. I paid $17.81 because I included a tip. I got home to find out the Pizza was soggy, warm not hot and toppings were dried out. He thought it was hot when the delivery driver handed him the box, but that was just the heat from being in the bag. At this point I will no longer use Pizza Hut.

This isn't the first time I had an issue with delivery. Last time I placed the order online at 9am asking to be delivered by 6pm so my family could eat shortly after they arrived at home because I had to work late. At 6:10 that night I tracked the order and it said it was still cooking. I called the store and the girl on the phone said , oh it's done, its been under the heater. we're just waiting for a driver to come back to pick it up. They should be here any minute. Pizza arrived at 6:25pm. The quality, taste, delivery and our over all experience with Pizza Hut has been terrible. We will go elsewhere...

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. I have given this place numerous chances and have been let down so many times. Pizza has been late numerous times, stuff being wrong , or drinks forgotten. What makes me more mad about it all is i ordered 4 days ago and everything was fine. We were working at a sub station for vectren and pizza was here fast and everything. Tried to call and order 12 pizzas for the crews today that have been working in 4°temps all week and manager told me it was out of their delivery area. Once again i just ordered days ago to the same spot. Extremely rude manager and terrible service. Been here twice lately both times were horrible. The pizza didn't taste like it was cooked enough. There's no thank you have a nice day or anything. Rusty will be on the phone taking an order or whatever talk forever and not ask if you placed an order so you can just grab it and go and nobody else cared to ask. The second time everyone wanted to stand around outside and smoke and the pizza was cold again. Very lousy service. One domino's is cheaper, secondly it taste better, and thirdly the staff not only does a good job but they're friendly. I might have to drive into Newburgh but it's worth it. When you get a decent staff you might get somewhere but you keep the people you have and nobody's gonna want to go there...
