Place an order online and it had said that carry out was closing soon (5 mins) but it did not say closed for delivery. We placed the order at 8:55pm and it went thru and gave estimate time of delivery and tracking info. 30 mins went by and we realized it was close to delivery time. I checked email to track order and saw that it was canceled with out a reason. I searched the location online for business hours and saw they close at 9pm. We were unaware of thos and the online didn't stop the order from being submitted like the carry out part was. So not only are we not getting dinner but my $28 is now on a pending hold thru my bank that I now have to contact tomorrow to get it released, per email from canceled order from Papa John's. This in an inconvenience for dinner and now tomorrow with the bank. I understand business hours all but online needs to be fixed to preventing this.    Read moreMy wife and I ordered a papadilla with garlic sauce. We received the order and had some chores to finish. Once we finished our house work, we sat down to eat. We noticed that the garlic sauce had not been delivered with the food item. We reached out and asked what could be done. The person on the phone explained that they did not have a driver to "just bring sauce". I expressed my understanding and offered to come in and pick it up. I explained that we would be using fuel, time etc. for the mistake of the restaurant and asked if we would just be picking up the sauce. I got told there was nothing else they could do. Some would say: "It's just sauce!". I will say: "It's basic customer service.". I would have been happy with an extra two litter. We got offered nothing more than to spend our time and extra money for the sauce that should have been there. So, we live 5.5 miles out from this store and are outside the delivery area which makes no sense to me. She was very rude telling me she wasn't going to argue the delivery of a pizza and stated she was a franchise that does and does not follow all of corporate policies. Telling me to call corporate to argue this question and stated she didn't have corporate phone number. My last question was, that she refused to answer was - if I called corporate to extend the delivery area 5.5 miles would this store deliver to us?
