I order coffee and some kind of food item pretty much daily from this Dunkin' (always on the Dunkin' app in advance) and today's order brought me on to write a review. The items I receive compared to what was ordered have been consistently wrong (wrong meat in wrap or sandwich or even wrong coffee) since I started going to this location at the beginning of business closings a couple months ago. I chalked it up the pandemic and the fact that more often than not they're slammed by patrons. So I never asked them to remake a coffee or a sandwich because they don't need that kind of stress and now, looking back, I was probably wrong. I've enabled them to make those mistakes over and over again and today there was no line and there was no rush and what I received was incorrect. There's no excuse except for a lack of attention to detail and, as someone who is not a morning person, it needs to stop. Please understand this review comes from the perspective of someone who is used to going to another Dunkin' (by Route 1) location that executes on a high level. However I don’t appreciate your daughter making fun of me and laughing at me and once I confront her she starts crying to mommy, first why is your child at work ?! You don’t do that. Than she came out to say I was taking pictures of her when I wasn’t I was on FaceTime with my friend showing her and it doesn’t even matter if I took pictures of her or not because it’s not illegal to take pictures of anyone !! Read moreI went to this location around 840 am because it is closer to my daughters camp. I have been here in the past and the experience was sub par. Today the cashier at drive thru was very rude and had terrible customer service. I ordered 2 donuts and they were all melted and stuck to the paper. When trying to remove the paper all the icing came off. I also ordered a hot chocolate and the lady told me the machine wasn't working. She asked me if I wanted something else. I said no. She should have refunded me, but proceeded to "make it a different way" and it was not even hot chocolate .... about half filled up with water and foam. I had to throw away.... 11$ wasted.
