Around 7:28PM 7/15/25. Just went through the drive thru and the man who took my order could not have been any more rude. Extremely short at the speaker. I then pull up and as I pay I state that I need a receipt. Slams window in face mid sentence. Hands me food and card, no receipt. I restate that I need the receipt. He looks absolutely disgusted that he has to speak to me. Slams window. Messes with receipt printer. Opens window and says machine isn’t working. I say I really do need a receipt as I am reimbursed for travel exp… slam. There goes the window again. His body language is awful. Clearly doesn’t want to be there. Had me pull up and wait. Fine. Brings receipt out and, with a disgusted to be doing this look on his face, hands it to me. I say to him, “You look like you don’t want to be here. He stops and looks at me and nods as he says no I don’t.
I’m sorry I ruined your day for needing a receipt.
Get this guy away from any sort of customer service. He needs to go on the grill or out the door. I can’t be the only one going through your drive thru tonight that experienced his poor attitude.
Ps. I tried to call the manager, because it was THAT bad. (I have never called a fast food restaurant in my entire life to complain. Was hung up on three times before even a hello. So, therefore, I leave this review instead of what could have been a private conversation on how my...
Read moreTwas a frosty Christmas Day in Bordentown, and my journey to Wendy's promised a feast of joy. Alas, what awaited me was a tale of two large fries that seemed to have taken a detour through the ghost of fast-food past. The fries, more reminiscent of yesteryear than a present delight, barely filled their cardboard stage. As I unraveled the layers of disappointment, the taste revealed a tragic narrative of neglect and a misguided attempt at revival through refrying. The fries, like characters in a Dickensian drama, were lackluster actors on the Christmas culinary stage, leaving me yearning for a holiday miracle that never arrived. In this Wendy's Christmas story, the fries were the unsung heroes of an unfortunate saga, destined to be forgotten in the pages of fast-food history.
In summary, this Wendy's provided me with two large fries with boxes half full. Usually you find the other half of the fries in the bag somewhere, but my bag was empty. The fries tastes horrible and old...
Read moreI guess I just caught them on a bad night because my GF says they're great.. but they're a mess tonight... upon getting to the drive through and placing part of my order, I struggled (and in the end, failed) to tell them what sandwich I wanted because the number on the sign outside was a different sandwich than what was registered in their systems (this resulted in them giving me the wrong sandwich at the end of it all)... following that, I pulled up and ironed out any bugs they had with my order... pulled up to the side and waited for my food, which they brought out to me... thank god I looked in the bag... as they only gave me half my order... I pulled around and got the rest of my sandwiches after a bit of a wait... only to get home and find out they messed up all 3 of my sandwiches... they were extremely polite about everything and the fries were perfect... but the fact that it's the only 24 hour Wendy's by my house and that it's an hour away minimum... it gets...
