BrewTeaFull Cafe, at BUFF Event Center — Restaurant in Bossier City

Not as good as I expected. Ordered 2 drinks, a latte and a frozen mocha + extra shot and both of them lacked flavor. The frozen mocha tasted more like oat milk than it did actual coffee, even with the extra shot. And the latte had very little flavor as well. In the latte, I added 3 syrups and I couldn't taste any of them. I legitimately got home and added additional chocolate sauce and syrup to my drink because it just didn't taste like anything.

Maybe it was just an off morning and my experience was a one off but, I don't see myself coming back when there are better options in the area.

Other than that, the store was cute and the staff were friendly but the coffee was a miss for me.

Edit: After reading the reply, my statements still stand. While you may use less ice, sugar, etc, it should still taste like coffee. My husband compared drinking his frozen mocha to drinking chocolate milk. With 3 shots of espresso, it should not taste like chocolate milk. And with all the upcharges to make that drink, ending in being $9 total, we expected more than iced, watered down, chocolate milk.

No where, that we saw, on the site does it state that the drinks will be less sweet even with regular sweetness. If I had known prior that regular meant less, I would have ordered extra sweetness. And even if I did complain to staff, my husband was late to work as it was because our order was not ready at the designated pickup time and we had to wait nearly 10 more mins to receive our order.

Anyway, if anyone reads this, I hope you have a better experience...

Visited this cute little coffee shop on Barksdale with a good friend recently, and we had such a great experience. It’s owned by a local military spouse, which already makes it special, but the whole place has such a warm, welcoming feel.

The coffee was seriously amazing—smooth and flavorful—and the chicken sandwich was very good. Everything tasted fresh and was clearly made with care.

One of the best parts, though, was watching the owner interact with her team. She was so sweet and down-to-earth, clearly supportive of her staff and creating a really positive environment. You can tell she’s poured a lot of heart into this place.

It’s exactly the kind of small business we should be showing up for. If you’re on base, definitely stop by. Grab a coffee, try the sandwich, and bring a friend. Let’s help keep this awesome little...

This place is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a great experience. One day I ordered a regular coffee and it was smooth and delicious, and on another visit I tried a Lotus energy lemonade—so refreshing and tasty! Their pastries are also really good and pair perfectly with the drinks. Honestly, this spot puts Starbucks to shame. Definitely worth coming back...
