Recently me and my mother went to order lunch here and we were discriminated against. My mother has a thick hispanic accent and she was the one placing the order. I'm not sure if the worker taking the order didn't understand her or not, but when she was ordering the person behind the microphone let out an aggressive "Oh my god". At that point we decided we weren't going to eat there, because if we're going to eat at an establishment we shouldn't be disrespected.
We went to the window to ask about this, to which the employee on the microphone did it again. We asked to speak to the manager, who then in turn revealed they were the one who let out the aggravated response and tried to back out of it by saying he only did it "after we pulled off" and kept trying to deflect saying he was talking to someone else, when we were the only cars in the drive thru at the time. We tried to discuss manners politely and he gave us an attitude. Ending in him slamming the window shut on us. Do better burger...
ย ย ย Read moreI really wanted to enjoy my visit here. This is a brand new location and I haven't been to a Burger King in a while.
I entered the drive-thru and made my order. The order taker proceeded to tell me to go to the first window to pay. I drive to the window as directed and see an employee talking on the phone. I motioned to him with my card that I was there to pay and he turned his back and walked away.
So I drive to the next window and they start handing me my food. I told the lady I hadn't paid yet and I gave her my card. She walks of to the first window to complete my order. The whole process was awkward and very discouraging.
My order was correct and the BBQ Bacon King was pretty good for a fast food burger.
Customer service in South Bossier is usually pretty high (Chicken Express, Sonic, etc). I would gladly go somewhere else if this type of service...
ย ย ย Read moreGood food and service today! We like the little play area they've added, but the dry erase easel/chalkboard needs to be fixed, cleaned or replaced and the kids' zone appears to need some sanitizing treatment, a bit kiddo grimy, but a really nice effort has been made here, which we TRULY ENCOURAGE & APPRECIATE. Please don't eliminate it, just put some bleach water in a spray bottle and have the dining room attendant sanitize the play area a few times a day, using paper towels, NOT a germ-rag. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. There are these speciality kids drawing tools available on Amazon that you can put out instead of current damaging art supplies. Replacing the troublesome art items with the no-harm, no damage type will improve the appearance and longevity of the kids' zone. Thank you very much for...
