We visited on 10/31/16. My wife and I just found this place recently and I can say without a doubt that this is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area of Shreveport/Bossier City.
Staff: The wait staff is very friendly and respectful. The specific waiter we had was very polite and always said excuse me when putting something down or removing something from our table. You do not get that really anywhere.
Food: The food was fresh! You can tell the difference between something that has been sitting in the back underneath a heat lamp and something just made by the way you have to wait for the food to cool down enough to consume. Also, portions are very good. We were expecting to receive very little but were surprised when the orders finally came out.
Price: Very reasonable!!!
Wait Times: We were able to be seated without any wait time. The food was brought out to us within a decent amount of time.
Cleanliness: The inside is kept clean. It was nice to be able to go into a restaurant and not have to see old food sitting on the floor and/or booths.
Summary: This is a place my wife and I would visit again and plan on making it a place we visit a couple of times a month during our lunch hours. Keep up the...
Read moreLast night we decided to order takeout here as I haven't eaten there in a while.. The man who served us was kind. Egg drop soup, and fried rice were very good. My husband's curry was delicious, BUT unfortunately my Mongolian beef was beyond burnt. All I could taste was the bitter ashes (as if I was eating the bottom burnt leftovers of a pan that hasn't been washed very well). The meat, veggies, and soup were also covered in black ash. I'm not too sure how this was considered acceptable enough for a customer to eat. I'm so sad my dinner was ruined as I had high expectations for this place as the other times we've ordered, my food was so delicious. Maybe this time wasn't a good one so I will give them one...
Read moreOrdered the Lemon Chicken to go the other day and was truly annoyed with the order. It was one breaded piece sitting on a bed of wilted lettuce and cucumbers and I think the wilted lettuce was suppose to be a salad. If it was, it was ruined because they put the hot chicken on top of it instead of separate containers. The lemon sauce reminded me of water downed lemon aide thickened with cornstarch with little flavor. Not good. The price should be around $6.00 and put on the lunch menu or as an appetizer. Would like to see the descriptions of the menu items instead of guessing but some items do have vague descriptions. Friendly...
