Tasty Donuts — Restaurant in Bossier City

My first time trying this place i had the down home sausage kolachis and they were AWESOME! This morning I ordered 2 cheese kolachis and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese buisciuts thru door dash, mind you im like maybe a 10 minute drive away, when I recieved my food it was ALL STONE COLD, the bread was SUPER STALE, and it all looked and tasted like it had all been made the day before and left out All day and Night! I ordered my food to be picked up right after they opened so there's NO reason why my food shouldn't have been fresh! I called for a refund and they told me since I wasn't able to leave work before they closed they weren't able to give me my money back! They swore up and down the food was made fresh to order and tried to blame it on me ordering through doordash!! That is FAR from the truth! I will NEVER be back!!! I spent almost $50! I didn't want all of my money back just the money for the old nasty sandwiches! The manager tried to call me a liar and argue with me that my food was cooked to order!!!! They have definitely...

This shop has friendly staff at the front who are always professional and helpful. They get high marks for customer service! However, I've had mixed experiences with their coffee drinks. The espresso frappe is fantastic when prepared by the gentleman there, but unfortunately, the quality seems to vary depending on who makes it.

On two occasions, the woman who made the frappe for me used a completely different recipe than the usual one. Today's version even had chocolate on it (which I didn't order) and tasted like watered-down coffee.

The staff at the front tried their best to rectify the situation by offering a different flavor. However, I overheard the owner making comments about the situation that were frankly off-putting. It would have been better to have received a refund or a properly made drink rather than a beverage that wasn't what I ordered and lacked the key ingredient (espresso).

The selection here is great. Comparable directly to the competition down the street. Good job.

Taste of the chocolate is excellent. Glazed products are good. The kolaches are huge. Not necessarily great but good.

The BIGGEST separation factor for Tasty Creme is that it's airy. They are Krispy Kreme like in texture. Not as cake like as the competition. Sure to find a few fans from that alone.
