Gotta admit it's been a long time since I've been impressed with a Sonic location. The standard set as far as being responsive, fluid quickness, correct taking of, and fulfilling orders, courteous, professionalism amongst other things, but to keep this clear and concise, from initial order to receiving, eating and enjoying what was ordered, I have not come across a Sonic that had me smiling, appreciating and constantly complimenting while slowly eating and enjoying my order since I first experienced this type of service from the Sonic locations that my youngest sibling was employed. And trust when I say I'm not bragging because he's my brother, they've, the company has moved him to several locations, to train, carhop and manage in order to bring the excellent level of service he and everyone else in the crew he was a part of, to other troubled locations and reviving them and ultimately delivering that "You are special to Us and We appreciate you for choosing Us" type of feeling. No one likes ordering and receiving cold food and this location delivered everything quickly plus hot and fresh. And thanks to the carhop ??arrisa, everything was excellent and my apologies, I just had my card and didn't have cash on person for the purpose of a tip but be assured that I will visit again to adjust and address that. I was seriously amazed. I appreciate and thank the whole crew. Only thing missing was roller skate carhops....
Read moreI have never been so humiliated at this Sonic. I’ve been going to this Sonic for about 14 years and have never been treated so rudely like tonight and I’ve always tipped good. I pulled in to Sonic about 7:30 this evening. There were no other cars there so I’m thinking I should get in and out fast. All I wanted was a drink and a bag of ice. My order was taken immediately. I waited and waited. A young man came out and ask if I got my order. When I replied no, he said he’d be right back. He never came back, I push the red button again when a young lady came on, she said something so fast I didn’t understand and hung up before I could say something. This was repeated with same results. I pushed down on my horn and nobody came out. I go back home upset with the way I was treated. I called up there and spoke with the manager. He said they were short staffed. They had 4 kids working the front, the manager said he was the only cook. I told him there were no other cars there but me when I pulled in and I didn’t order food. Who was he cooking for. The manager apologized but didn’t seem sincere. They probably don’t care what I say or think. Is good customer service a thing of the past? I’m so disappointed. Read moreI came to the drive-in last week, ordered a New York hotdog, tater tots and a sweet tea. When I got home I discovered I was given a Frito Chili Pie instead of my hot dog. I called the drive-in and was told to write "Ricky" on my receipt, come back and it would be taken care of. Today I went to the drive-in again at lunch on my way back to work and ordered a sweet tea. When I got to work I discovered my sweet tea was a coke. After work I went to the drive-in and ask for a car hop to come out so I could explain that I was returning the coke and about the receipt with "Ricky" on it; I was told the car hop would be right out. The car hop never came out. I finally got the attention of a car hop delivering an order to another car and explained the situation. I told her that I wanted to replace the coke with a sweet tea, to get the New York hot dog and to order some onion rings. She took my debit card but never came back. I finally went into the car hop entrance and asked what was taking so long, she said she would be right out. She finally brought me my order and I left. On the drive home I took a drink of my "sweet tea" only to find out it was another coke. I turned around, went back to the drive-in and got my sweet tea. This entire process took 45 minutes.
