Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bossier City

Recently I went by this Taco Bell for lunch. I used to go by there more often but as of late, I'd say since late spring, it has gone to hades in a hand basket. The staff act like they don't care about whether or not your order is right, the quality of the ingredients has gone down and the preparation is atrocious. I've attempted to call and speak to management as I did in the past when I had a concern. Previously this was handled quite well by the manager, a tall guy. However it appears they are now under new management. My call insulted and infuriated me. The manager, a very caustic sounding female, was rude to me the entire call. All I wanted to inform her about was the rotted lettuce on my taco. Never even managed to get that out though. I hung...

Same problem, different location. If you plan on using the Taco Bell app, prepared to wait an obnoxious amount of time for your order. I ordered four tacos and it took me over 30 minutes to get my food. There is not an easy way to get a refund on the app or I would have Gotten my money back and gone somewhere else. I don’t know if these Taco Bell franchises are owned by the same person, but I’m to the point now where I’m just about ready to quit using Taco Bell altogether. The food is usually OK, but it is not consistent. Sometimes the portions seem larger than others and I find it really aggravating that to add onions, they charge me extra and to takeoff tomatoes I don’t get a refund on that, but that’s just me. Employees are rude to the lobby customers. Finally got my food and there was not any meat on my nachos bell grande. I asked for some meat and the girl said she didn’t make my food. I told her I didn’t know who made it and it really didn’t matter, I just wanted the meat that was supposed to come with my meal. Then she asked me if I paid for extra. No ma’am but I did pay for the meal which was supposed to include meat. So she brought me a small bowl with some meat with a attitude that came with it and one of her male co-workers mean muggin the whole time looking at me. They were all very nice to the drive thru customers and to each other but the lobby customers are bothering them today...
