I have been visiting Anna's cafê since it opened. Traveling from NYC, and having visited other cafê shops in other great cities around the world, I must say Anna's cafê has an exquisite and relaxed atmosphere complemented with great camaraderie, making the place my first option when I am in town. Prior to Anna's inception, it was a struggle finding a unique place that combined good food with customer service; and Starbucks is over rated, in my opinion. Food has always been great and fresh for the past 5 or 8 times I've been in town. The manager is very attentive, unlike many other places where you would almost have to pay for some managers to be human again ;) .. Overall, I recommend this place if you live in town or are passing by on business...
Read moreSuper friendly cafe, and I love that they grilled my panini sans oil or butter, which adds so many unnecessary calories. I got the Medford, which was chicken, pesto, romaine, cheese, and tomato, it was on a multigrain bread I think.
It wasn’t the best sandwich ever but it was good and decently healthy.
I also got a hibiscus tea, which was a brand I hadn’t seen before (Garden Andes), and a breakfast croissant sandwich and muffin to go. I didn’t like the muffin but the breakfast sandwich was quite yummy.
They also have a lot of chocolates and gave samples!

Placed our orders and viewed the homemade candies that are made onsite , The confectioner offered free samples to us to try . We finished our lunch in a cozy relaxing sitting area that has a large screen television mounted on the wall . We felt unrushed and pampered by the staff .
