This library is a wonderful resource for the neighborhood. As with all libraries, the staff are excellent, and it likely deserves more funding and support.
Just a caveat: the building is Brutalist, and so is the noise.
Due to some ill-conceived architectural features, the children's book section is situated on an open mezzanine that overlooks the main library area, this is also where there appears to be a regular meetup for babies and toddlers here, which is, unsurprisingly, extremely loud, filled with bellowing, screeching babies and loud-talking children and caregivers.
This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere one typically associates with libraries making it virtually impossible to read or work.
So, it may not be the ideal spot to settle in for a quiet read or study session, unless you enjoy the ambiance of a crèche or come prepared with noise-canceling headphones.
