I was a loyal customer of 10 years until 06/06/20. I placed an order at 11:57pm. I should have known there would be something wrong. Between taking my order and delivering my food it took only 15 minutes. Let's just say the place was closing at 12:30 pm and it would have been both professional and proper to say you are closing instead of delivering something inadequate to eat. That was the fastest $40.20= food; $2.50= delivery charge/tip + $5.00 I graciously gave for a tip. I phoned the manager to get a refund/credit my account for the pink chicken and dry odd tasting chicken lo mein. Not a chance, in fact he was very rude and told me not to call back. Not to worry, I wouldn't call you unless I wanted mange or a death wish. What ever happened to: The customer is always right, or the customer comes first??? Not only did this place lose my business, but also the business of my family, friends and acquaintances and that of the two other people sharing the meal with me!!!! and their family, friends and acquaintances. Good riddens China Sky! Will very much miss their wonderful, pleasant and very friendly drivers though. The manager doesn't cook as great as his father. The food has gone downhill and fast. Looking for the almighty dollar is greedy instead of keeping your customers happy. We get delivery from China Sky & think it’s really good. They have very speedy delivery & the food is always hot, fresh & really good! The delivery driver is always very friendly & great to talk to. I love their House Special egg foo young, so I try it everywhere & theirs is great! It doesn’t have all that grease that most places have esp when heated up next day. I’m not a huge fan of their fried rice because I prefer mine dark but I’m getting used to theirs! I do love their lo mein, sweet & sour chicken (but do recommend to China Sky, to give more sweet & sour sauce with it) & definitely ask for extra duck sauce if you expect a lot. But it’s not a deal breaker for me. I CRAVE their chicken wings, they are so good & get mine well done. Crab Rangoon is good too. Their food is not too greasy so if your looking for that bad for ya, greasy, oily Chinese food (don’t get me wrong, I do like greasy Chinese food but my belly does not 😩).. then this place is probably not your spot but for me & my boys.. we like it a lot. They stay open late & deliver late! I highly recommend trying them out if you’re thinking about it! Hope this review helps...

Zero customer service. Would have preffered for whoever it was that picked up my call to say sorry we are closed, or just simply not pick up the phone. Asked for closing time, and the man says they close in 15 minutes. Tried to figure out what they sell and dont sell before putting in an order for my wife and I, so I say ill call back. Guy immediately says, “ oh no, dont call back if youre not going to order.” So I remind him they are closing in 15 minutes just as he said. Guy goes on to being rude about me not ordering right away saying, “make up your mind, whats so hard about that?”. Seriously?!..I understand if youre closing a bit earlier than usual, but there really isnt a valid reason to be rude to someone who: #1 has never ordered from youre “restaurant” & #2 is just trying to make YOU money. By the looks of other reviews, it was a good place for chinese food and now there are just too fatal factors that will most def. prevent this place from being as succesful, poor customer service, and poor quality food. But im glad I didnt order and will NOT order from there in the future. Hope these reviews save some people the time...
