If you want to be in an out with the correct order then this is not the Dunkin for you! They often forget the sugar in your coffee and if you order a bagel with cream cheese spread on it for you they will not do that. If you would like a muffin and have it warmed they do not offer that service. If your using the app for pick up you need to be really patient because chances are they only have two workers and no one is managing the online orders aside from stopping the machine from beeping. If you're wondering why I haven't said anything bad about the sandwiches and the service with them it's because it depends on who's preparing and how busy it is sometimes they'll forget the cheese on your egg cheese wrap other times the English muffin is extra crunchy. To someone reading this it's going to sound like the normal experience but my biggest compliment is what I said about putting cream cheese on my order for me or warming a muffin or coffee roll. I asked for it and it's on my receipt with an extra charge price then if I ordered it with cream cheese on the side or an item not heated. Them forgetting the sugar happens and coffee is they're top item so I'm not too mad about that but I can't jump into work when I have to stop and cream cheese my begal after paying extra for someone else so do it for me. My reviews are based on handicapped accessibility. And plenty of space for wheelchairs xcetera including a ( clean) handicapped accessible bathroom My problem with this store lies outside,( when you go to take a left out of the store and continue on Columbus Ave, you need to cross over a side street that is quite busy with cars live parking, stopping; waiting etc so it's not that safe to begin with, but then people just drive right up and block the entire crosswalk and even the ramp all the time!!!I have watched people that are handicapped and late for work etc take all kinds of risks going way out into the main part of Columbus avenue just to get around these cars. So we call the police right? Wrong. I have seen just as many police officers blocking the entire crosswalk( not "live parking", no other officer in their SUV) One day I got so fed up I went back into the store + I said" I don't CARE if you're a COP or a civilian -if you don't move your car blocking the ramp + crosswalk for the man that's in the wheelchair out there I'll have you written up + towed!" Obviously Dunkin donuts has no control over this, but this is an issue that plays out at every Dunkin donuts in the cityif the weather is bad especially, I would try to go to another store if you are mobility-impaired using an assistive device and especially if you are in...

I love this place but I just have one problem,this manager always bothers me about me getting my milk (oat milk)steamed, majority of everyone gets a latte so why is it a problem for me to get my milk steamed??? I put so much oat milk that it makes my coffee cold plus I like my food steaming hot. Plus I'm a customer I should be able to have my food the way I like as long as it's within reach.
