Awful, Awful, Awful today! I've eaten from here before in the service is usually good in the food comes out good too. We ordered through the drive through which we usually don't the girl could barely understand us I could barely understand her but I know I ordered a Whopper Jr meal with cheese no onions and no pickles and a fanta frozen. The person taking my order said that's it okay $6.30 next window. We all yelled "no tha not all we want. Then I ordered a #8 with regular coke for the drink. Then I ordered mocha iced coffee with extra cream no sugar, the girl said it comes pre-made I said ok please add extra cream. We saw no order details, she gave us a price of $14.95 and told us next window. We paid and drove to pick up window and was checking our food then asked for napkins. We got the coffee (not light like I asked, I mean they could've given me take out creamers to add myself) and the fanta frozen. We waited for the regular coke when they just stared at us like why are you still here? I said we're waiting on the coke the woman at pick up said what size I said whatever size comes with the meal. She said you ordered the iced coffee with the meal I said no, I ordered a #8 meal with a regular coke. She said ok $2.28, I said for what? She said the coke I asked for the manager she said she is the manager. I said what does the iced coffee cost she said $1.79 and I told her I'll pay for that. The price wasn't that much different but it was principle though. I understand everyone wasn't born here and needs to work but don't put the person who understands and speaks the least amount of English at the drive...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely detest this BK’s so I’m taking time out of my life to bash on this place. Pro: -they let you use the public restroom if you’re a paying customer (had to find anything positive to add) -there is always a security guard inside...tells you a lot about the place

Con: this is my 6th time here, and it will be the last. They’ve gotten my order wrong 4/6 times that I’ve been here. -I always clarify “NO ONIONS ON MY BURGER PLEASE” and they continue to add onions, so I end up removing it myself. -the staff are all Hispanics and the people that they put on the register don’t speak English (I GUESS they only hire Hispanics, or Dominicans), and apparently don’t understand English because they continue to get my order wrong. I try to speak loud slow and clear when ordering & still... smh -there is ALWAYS either some bum hanging inside or outside the entrance -80% of the time you’re there you feel like you’re about to get either stabbed or robbed -this place is 100% located in the center of the hood -the tables are dirty 60% of the time.

I absolutely HATE this location now and will never come back. If you’re a teen, you’ll probably come here. If you’re an adult who expects decent service from a chain restaurant with attention to your orders... this is NOT the...

This location is prejudice against its black customers. This is the third time we ordered the exact same thing and did not receive the value drink that came with the Duo Jr $5 combo. This time we forced them for the receipt. They claimed to have supplemented the value coke that came with the duo jr meal but they charged us for the water that was to take its place. We didn’t even ask for a substitute for the coke. We just never received it. When I went inside they pretended they couldn’t speak English so when I spoke in Spanish they decided to communicate with me and English and that’s when they printed the receipt. They did not give us the coke and both manager and supervisor was there and would not assist in correcting the error. There was also a black woman that was charged for beverages she did not receive and she too was not being assisted by the managers and supervisor that came out and said nothing when their employees got rude with us and the customer prior to us with the error they made.
